This property was the best VRBO experience we’ve had thus far. The images do not do it justice as it was much larger than we expected. The price, location and overall appearance were fantastic and the furnishings were stylish and comfortable. We were able to walk everywhere, enjoyed the historic atmosphere, shopping and restaurants. Jimmy was the perfect host by quickly responding to inquiries and offering suggestions for things to do. We highly recommend this property.

Tammy and her family were a joy to host. Their communication was clear and they respected our historic home. They also engaged with the Eilers team to help build their itinerary to maximize their stay in downtown Wilmington. We’d be honored to host Tammy again!

This location was perfect for our girl's weekend in Wilmington. Parking was easy around the apartment making travel to the beach simple. We pretty much walked to downtown for dinners and shopping. The apartment was clean and larger than we expected. We had 3 people and it was more than comfortable for us.

We had a wonderful stay at this Vrbo property. The location was absolutely perfect and made it easy to get anywhere in Wilmington. The property matched the description exactly, was exceptionally clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was fantastic, providing great local recommendations and responding very quickly whenever we had a question. We especially loved how convenient the location was. Downtown Wilmington was within walking distance, and most other destinations were only a 5 to 10 minute drive away. It was also easy to get to Carolina Beach and other nearby attractions.I would happily stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area.

We had a great stay at the Orange Underground. The apartment is very cute and nicely decorated. Everything was very clean and ready for our stay. The on-street parking was relatively easy. It is just a few blocks walk from the riverfront so we were able to take advantage of that for a couple of meals. No noise issues either from the street or the apartment above. Would definitely recommend to anybody looking to stay in the area.
