Ce condo est l'un des trĂšs rares condos 1 chambre Ă  Panama City Beach avec la chambre principale face au golfe. Vous avez une vue complĂšte sur le golfe depuis votre chambre, votre salon et mĂȘme la cuisine! C'est notre maison loin de chez nous, et nous savons que vous l'aimerez autant que nous.

The view was excellent. No knowledge of any construction which was wrong. The beach chair consistency was messed up every day. The worst amenities I’ve ever had with a VRBO. Had to wait for an elevator for 10 minutes because of the construction workers. Had to take the stairs most of the time. I feel in the way things were we should be reimbursed at least one night. Thank you. Our stay was Sept. 6-20 by the way, not Sept. 5-19th. Thank you very much

Have Loved Long Beach for years. The unit Could have been cleaner, had a couple of big bugs. The back balcony was our favorite. Love the glider tall boy chairs and ceiling fan!! The view was perfect. We will stay here again.

This was our second stay at Long Beach Resort, and we enjoyed it just as much as the first! We stayed in a different tower this time, but one of the things my husband and I love most about this place is the security. When you pull in, you need a parking permit, and there’s a gated entrance with security on site, so only guests can come and go. The condo itself was wonderful—comfortable, cozy, and spotless. The spacious balcony was a favorite spot for us, complete with great rocking chairs and beautiful views. The resort has two pools: one with a relaxing lazy-river style design and a bar and grill, and another more traditional pool for swimming. We highly recommend staying here, and we’ll definitely be booking again ourselves!

The View from balcony was just BEAUTIFUL!

Location was wonderful, not having to carry our umbrella and chairs down to the beach was the best! We actually got to see a wedding take place right in front of our balcony by the water. It was a nice added attraction! We were not able to swim in the gulf at all during our stay, as the water was too rough. I thought that would really be a big negative for me, but it was not! We got to walk on the beach every day and sit on the beach every day. It was truly very relaxing!!!

Awesome views of the beach from the condo balcony! Very relaxing. Condo decorated well with beach vibe! Everything about our week at the beach was great! Living room furniture not as comfortable as we would have liked

Fantastic place for family at beach

We enjoyed being on the beach, the pools and amenities offered plenty of enjoyment for my family. My little boy liked going from the beach to the pool (and back again). The condo was clean and the balcony especially was spacious and perfect for that beachfront breakfast. 5 stars!

Great location

Went with my daughter for a get away. This condo was perfect for us. Great location, gated and beach is not public. Great swimming pools and hot tubs. The bed was a little too soft and not supportive of my back. The WiFi that was listed was not showing up as one we could choose. They had an internet box with ID and PW but couldn’t get it to connect either. Those were really the only issues to mention but not a huge issue overall for us. Would definitely go again to this facility. Just need to also be sure to check in at the tiki hut for what beach chairs to use as they assign certain ones to you.

Honeymoon

We had a blast. The water was a little too cold still and we don’t recommend going during spring break
 lol but besides that we had a great stay and had so much fun. This unit was PERFECT for us. We will definitely be coming back. The entire condo building was clean and quiet with am amazing view. We loved our stay and can’t wait to get back down there.

Excellent very clean, perfect for 2 seniors, Had a problem with understanding the one tv in the living room not a problem we like old shows anyway. We extended our stay and extra 4 days which worked in our favor!! Thanks again! We will be back next year!!

This condo was perfect. Very close to the elevators. Had a toddler with us and it was easy access and close to the beach area. Meaning a short walk out to the beach with all our bags of beach toys. The views were awesome. Will stay here again.

Late Summer Trip.

This condo was perfect for my husband and I. We generally go in late July or mid September. This time of the year was perfect. Much slower pace and relaxing. Weather was perfect. Also the condo providing box fans was such a luxury. Since we stayed 5 nights we did end up needing to get more toilet paper and we were not provided enough extra trash bags, so just make sure you bring some things with you or you can run over the the Walmart that is conveniently located just a block away. All in all was a great condo and trip.

Awful Experience. Vacation Ruined. Miserable. NO AC!! NO KEURIG!! Filthy Tub!!

Check in was very easy. Upon entering the unit we recognized it felt warm. Thermostat was reading 80 degrees. We lowered the temp but did not feel cool air coming out. AC technician came out the next day and attempted to get the AC to work but informed us that the outside unit was completely rusted, corroded and had parts falling off. Ultimately, we never had AC the entire trip and ended up leaving early because we could not sleep in the heat; The rental company provided 3 box fans so we could sleep and not die from heat stroke.The rental company sent a message saying, "Sorry we could not have known this would happen" That is not true. This was completely preventable; The problems with this AC unit have been needing to be addressed for a very long time according to the Tech; It is just awful that the issues were ignored and that this major component of the property was not made sure to be 100 percent operational before renting it out during the week of July 4th. Inexcusable. Be aware that this unit only has a very small basic coffee pot, I was disappointed to discover that there was no Keurig coffee maker in the unit. I am the only one that drinks coffee so I do not brew a pot just a cup; I had to go buy one at Walmart our first night there, not ideal. Also, do not plan on taking a bath in this unit. The bottom of the bathtub was disgusting; I do not know if it had been cleaned. You may want to bring a mattress topper as the bed is thin and you can feel the springs.

Beautiful one bedroom right on the Gulf!

The condo is a lovely 1 bedroom, literally steps from the Gulf. It’s on the second level, near stairs & elevator with ample parking & security for extra safety. There are several pools & hot tubs with countless restaurants and shopping areas within walking distance, including Pineapple Willy’s. The view is breathtaking! The ENTIRE living room and bedroom is floor-to-ceiling, wall-to-wall windows to the ocean. A huge balcony with plenty of seating is the best place to watch the sunset! You won’t find a better view. The king size bed in the bedroom is very comfortable. The bathroom has a huge vanity area as well as a washer & dryer. The kitchen has everything needed for a great vacation. Downsides: #1 BEDS This condo is listed to accommodate 4 people, which is what we had. However, the pullout couch is not suitable for sleeping. You can feel the metal frame through the thin mattress. One of our teenagers had to sleep in bed with us, while the other had to sleep on the couch cushions. A rolled up memory foam topper kept in the closet could be a solution. #2 TOWELS Again, the condo is listed for four people. Providing exactly 4 towels and 4 washcloths is unacceptable. Who wants to do laundry every single day of VACATION? Two towels and washcloths per person would be adequate. I wish I could have rated it 4.5 stars. 4 is too low and 5 is too high. I really hope the property manager takes these recommendations seriously. Overall, this is a very nice condo with unbeatable views!
