You are a short bike ride to Tanger outlets or just a 7 minutes drive to Rehoboth's beaches, restaurants and shops. You will also have access to a biking rail trail through beautiful local nature, which can take you to historic Lewes or the Cape Henlopen State Park (with quiet beaches, fishing peer, hiking, etc). Waterpark (Jungle Jim's) nearby as well.

Self check-in with keyless entry (code provided the day before check-in).

For longer stays, perfectly located for day trips to explore: Cape May (take ferry), Ocean City MD, Assateague Island, and more.

Condo features smart TVs in all rooms for streaming, as well as WiFi. Bathrooms are newly updated, with a supply of paper and soap/shampoo products. Bedrooms include 1 queen bed, 2 full beds, and an extra optional twin cot. Bed linens included in your stay. Open kitchen is equipped with all you need if you choose to eat in, and includes a drip coffee maker along with complimentary coffee and condiments. Washer and dryer are available in the unit as well. Bring your own bath and beach towels.

Parking spots are located in front of the condo.

A beach umbrella and 2 beach chairs are included.

No pets and no smoking is permitted.

Check in is 4pm, check out is 11am.
