Our family stay in this beautiful home was eveything. The little hiccups that we had were managed quickly and quietly to where we didn't even notice that they were there. The pool was refreshing and very convenient and the easy access to the beach and other walking areas was nice. My family really enjoyed staying here.

Tons of sleeping space and close to beach

Property was perfect for a large group. Fairly clean on check in. Great location to the beach. Some of the local homeowners were borderline annoying but overall nice stay

The game room was super hot no ac in the room basically they turn the garage to game room and no ac of course we couldn't used. Garbage bags in the bins outside was over full around 6 bags outside of the bins and the hoster wanted me to put them on the road so they can get picked up and I refuse to do it because wasn't our garbage was from previous tenants. And 3 of the bathroom door locks they didnt work they say they were going to send maintenance and maintenance never arrived

Easy rental process. The home had lots of space for everyone & the private pool was great with having little kids who tired of the beach.

Vanessa was amazing from start to finish. She got us in the house on time, kept in contact with me during stay and was just a message away if we needed anything. Home was beautiful, kitchen was spacious and had all we needed for meals for a big family. Pool was so nice and another community pool next door plus beach made a perfect week for our family

Communication with the agency was incredible. The layout of the house is great for congregating as a large group. There was more parking than advertised and the location was ideal. Definitely would stay again

Pros: Centrally located, spacious, gated friendly community, located adjacent to public poolCons: maintenance let themselves in without permission (once we left for an excursion) to retrieve a portable AC unit, top spread on all of the beds were very stiff and over bleached and could use a thicker one, Hot water heater was out from Monday evening through Wednesday afternoon ( quick response as it needed to be replaced) however, still a great inconvenience, immense pressure to rent golf carts Overall, I would stay again with some minor adjustments/ accommodations.

Thank you so much for choosing to stay with us and allowing us to host your vacation — we’re truly grateful. We're thrilled to hear you loved the spaciousness of the home and enjoyed the great location within a gated, friendly community right next to the public pool — such a fun perk! We also appreciate your feedback and want to sincerely apologize for the hot water heater issue, the maintenance team entering without notice, and any pressure you felt about golf cart rentals. We’re actively working to ensure these things are handled better moving forward. We’d be honored to host you again and provide an even smoother experience next time!

Great house in a great location

Loved the property. Plenty of space for our huge group. Short walk to the beach. Great neighborhood. Only complaint was that the floors were dirty. Our feet were black every night when we went to bed.

Birthday and Mother's day weekend

The home was beautiful. Very welcoming and warm. When we arrived and did our check in walk through we did notice some trash under few beds but overall is was clean. Pool was a little smaller than expected but 6 kids in our family still had a blast. The layout was perfect for our family size. The beach rental credit was plus. Communication with management was great responding to questions and concerns in a timely manner. We would definitely recommend this property.

Amazing value & location!

This is a perfect property for groups of friends and families. While not ‘fancy’, it feels very homey and is well laid out. The king suites are great for everyone to have their own privacy, and the multiple gathering spaces (one on the main floor, one on the middle, one in the large top floor bedroom, plus two balconies) mean we never felt crowded or on top of one another. The main floor couch was the most comfortable I’ve ever sat on, beds were comfortable as well. The pool area is not huge and only gets sun for part of the day, which may or may not work for your family. The outdoor half bathroom has a glass door without a curtain which was a little weird, but the two women in our group just used the indoor bath. Location near the beach was excellent, neighbourhood felt very safe. There were a couple maintenance issues which unfortunately were not fixed while we were there, but they were small / did not interfere with our trip, and the communication from the property manager was good. Overall, we would absolutely return to this property.
