Perdido Sun # 404 ~ Profitez du soleil, du sable et du surf et des bombardements!

Cette unité au quatrième étage donne sur la plage de sable blanc et possède une entrée sans clé, il n'y a donc pas de clés à suivre pendant vos vacances. Prenez votre café du matin sur le balcon donnant sur les piscines, le bain à remous et une vue parfaite sur le golfe du Mexique. Lorsque vous serez prêt pour une promenade sur la plage, vous aurez à quelques minutes à pied pour y arriver, la plage est littéralement à quelques mètres.

Cette unité est décorée avec goût avec des sols carrelés, des moulures et des comptoirs en granit dans la cuisine et les salles de bains. Très joliment meublé avec un lecteur DVD Roku TV / Blue Ray de 55 pouces dans le salon et un lecteur DVD LCD / BLUE RAY de 32 pouces dans la chambre.

Le lit king size dans le maître a également un matelas tempurpedic avec oreiller qui est incroyable pour dormir. Un tout nouveau canapé-lit composable avec un matelas confortable pour des nuits agréables.

Internet haut débit / wifi est disponible dans l'unité.

Le hall et les espaces communs sont exceptionnels et toujours impeccables. Il y a une salle de fitness pour ceux qui veulent faire de l'exercice pendant leurs vacances. Il y a une laverie automatique dans une pièce à côté du hall pour les clients à utiliser.

Nager au Perdido Sun est toute l'année avec une piscine extérieure et une très belle piscine intérieure chauffée avec toilettes et douches. Les deux piscines sont face au golfe. Parce que la piscine intérieure est entièrement vitrée, vous pouvez voir la plage pendant que vous nagez. Une réception amicale et serviable est sur place. Vous vous sentirez en sécurité avec les codes d'accès uniquement pour l'entrée dans le bâtiment après 17h00.

Great trip! The place was wonderful. Enjoyed the balcony and watching the sunsets. We even saw dolphins several times right out in front of the condo. Debbie was very easy to communicate with and she was able to answer the few questions we had almost immediately.

Beautiful condo it has everything a person would need. Bed was comfortable and condo was very clean. Owner was very helpful. Definitely will be staying here again!! We absolutely loved sitting on the balcony every morning and watching the dolphins eat and play.

Great stay! Clean building and grounds, friendly staff, easy parking, not crowded on the beach. This place is close to anything you want. We went to Pensacola and orange beach with no bad traffic. Beautiful condo with a view. We saw dolphins every morning from the balcony. The chair rentals on the beach were the best we have ever had and are the best price also! Cannot wait to go back!

The condo itself was very clean. However, the grounds and the building were not as clean as they should be. The host Debbie was fabulous and I almost hated to write anything negative because she was fantastic very informative and gave us all the information we needed ahead of time. condo had everything we needed and more. The only thing I suggest is removing the rug in the bathroom it’s a trip hazard. Our biggest problem was parking and I cannot blame Debbie for this at all, she gave us a warning about the it before we left, we were told that if we had more than one car one would have to park across the street. I did not realize how far across the street would be. We had two vehicles and each driver are handicap and have handicap placards we went to the front desk and asked since the road was further than we thought if we park in the handicap, would we still possibly be towed we were told only one car could park in the handicap inside their parking lot. I was very understanding and so we decided we would just drive the other person to and from his vehicle. It was the 4th of July so they were very busy I understood the policy, but then I was told that they did not have enough places for the amount of condos. Some work was done on an elevator and we noticed two work trucks parked in front. Also workers working on an air conditioner. We noticed several employees parked in my front, this is unacceptable.Quest are across the street. While employees are in the front.

I'm so glad you found everything clean, well-stocked, and that the information I provided helped make your arrival and stay easier. I also appreciate you sharing your experience with parking. As you mentioned, I let guests know before arrival that Perdido Sun allows one vehicle per condo in the main parking lot and that additional vehicles must use the overflow parking area across the street. Unfortunately, the building's parking policies and lot management are determined by the HOA and management office rather than individual condo owners. During the busy Fourth of July holiday, with the property at full capacity and major elevator replacement work underway, parking was more challenging than usual. Thank you as well for mentioning the bathroom rug. Guest safety is important to me, and I appreciate the suggestion. It was a pleasure hosting you, and I hope you'll consider staying again on a future visit to Perdido Key.

Cozy, Clean, and Comfortable Condo!

We really enjoyed the complex and condo unit. It has everything you need in the kitchen, a very comfortable king bed, and an unbelievable view of the ocean! The beach access was easy and the restaurants were delightful! We will look forward to another trip in the future JKHP.S. A trip to see the Blue Angels is a must!

Great place to stay

A great place to stay. Very clean and the kitchen was stocked with everything needed for cooking. A fantastic view from the balcony. Pools, hot tub, and beaches were very nice. Close to restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping.

My husband and I purchased the condo in 2016 and have fallen in love with Perdido Key, Fl. We love using the condo ourselves and since we cannot be at the condo most of the year, we like sharing it with others via VRBO.

Since I love to cook, you will find the kitchen well stocked with pots, pans, dishes and small appliances. Also, 2 large grocery stores are just minutes away and many great restaurants are in the area. For the nature lover (and fisherman), two parks are close to the condo. Johnson Beach (National Park) is a 1.25 mile walk along the beach heading east from the condo. Big Lagoon State park is on the other side of the bay and has many nice attractions from bird watching to fishing. Paddle boats and canoes are also available for rent at this park.

I am always happy to share what I know about the area and to hear from others about what you find interesting to see and do in the area.
