The WHITE HOUSE CANNES is a state-owned family place out of standards and very adapted for various used and for many purposes. So the Airbnb calendar daily prices cannot compute in these following circumstances:
- Accommodation for short stay (1 or 2 days),
- Accommodation gradual decrease rate for more than 3 weeks duration stay,
- Accommodation over 16 sleeping resident guests (maximum 37),
- Accommodation for extra number of suites/rooms used (one room for a couple is less costly to host than 2 individual rooms for 2 singles),
- Accommodation services (housekeeping, laundry, linen, towels, breakfast, chef, car…),
EVENTS, advertising, photoshoot, filming, runaway show…

SITUATION
---------------

180° South facing overlooking the sea, the WHITE HOUSE CANNES is within walking distance of La Croisette and the rue d'Antibes. Canto and Golfe-Juan ports/marina are just as close, and the nearby beach Mouré Rouge (5 minutes’ walk) offers a complete water sport (including Mickey club for children and its qualified instructors).
The villa is located in the residential area of California, and the immediate vicinity consists of the largest fortunes in the world.

HISTORY
------------

Originally built in 1871 by architect Charles Baron, WHITE HOUSE CANNES has been completely renovated in the "Belle Epoque" spirit that prevailed at its origin. If marbles, columns and fireplaces have been retained, however, the villa offers all the latest standards of comfort and the most advanced technologies. It’s a state-owned family property since more half a Century.

CONTEXT
--------------

The WHITE HOUSE CANNES is on a plot of about 4,000 square meters planted with rare, centuries-old and listed species, consists of a main house and outbuildings. All the ground parts (inside and outside) are privatized to only one tenant even if our rental accommodation cost rental vary depending the number of residents. First floor and above are not rented and are used for internal purpose and as common parts with an independent entrance on the back of the house.

ACCOMODATION CAPACITY
--------------------------------------

In residence, the apartment on the ground floor in privative villa can accommodate more than 14 people (+ a sofa-bed for 2 people) and +23 other sleeping-residents in out-buildings annexes.
On either side of the Rothschild dining winter room and its two living rooms, there are two master suites: the master suite Windsor (and spa) and the master suite Romanov (both include screen video-lit film and an individual sound peak.
A kitchen, fully equipped with the best utensils and robots, complete this first level with two other suites (the Fitzgerald suite and the Hemingway suite).
On the duplex upper floor, the central staircase leads to a library in which is the extension of the Master suite Churchill (with its antechamber/salon which, according to taste, acts as a reading room or video games), while at the opposite wing is the Hitchcock suite and its exclusive patio.
This is also on the same wing of the house that is the triplex apartment, adjoining but independent. It has a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, one room with a sofa bed for 2 people, one bed room with a twin bed that could be shared in two single beds, and a bedroom (that children particularly enjoy) with staggered bunkbeds.

Out from the main house and inside the park, other individual apartments in few annexes are completely renovated and well equipped too, with independent dressing, bath, kitchen, A/C, WiFi, can accommodate up to 17 people.

The garden, overlooking the sea, is divided on 3 different spots:
- Ceremony area
- Pool (about 70m² - heated, massaging jets and swimming corridor) and solarium area with its cascade, jacuzzi, sauna and lounge chilling area, facing the sea and dominated by a small waterfall still active.
- Photo-shoot area with its “dome d’amour” and balancelle.

The summer dining room is near a self-catering corner, a summer kitchen and barbecue.

SERVICES
-------------

A discreet house family stewardship will answer in addition, night and day all your needs (cleaning, concierge, driver, gardener, maids, linen maids and, upon request, nannies, masseuses, cooks...).

Our rates include:
- Linen (one weekly change )
- Towels (bathroom and pool) (every day changes)
- 2 hours daily fresh cleaning (except Sat and Sun). Add 30€ per extra hour if you need more.
- Cleaning on departure
- Heated pool from March to October

Upon request:
- French fresh organic buffet breakfast: 30€ per person (minimum 100€)
- Brunch: 39€ per person (minimum 160€)
- Barbecue: 39€ per person (minimum 156€)
- Cook: 30 € per started hour
- Waiter and/or help over 8 eating-guest: 20€ per started hour
- Laundress and additional household (per started hour): 30€
- Shuttle with driver…
- Airport transfer by shuttle (8 travelers), mini bus (16 travelers) or bus (50 travelers) upon request


USEFULL INFORMATIONS
----------------------------------

- La Croisette and the rue d'Antibes are a 15-minute walk from the villa.
A bakery is 5 minutes, and 3 supermarkets are located within 6 to 10 minutes walk (2 minutes in car).
- The WH is located in close proximity to a long bike path (some bikes can also be loaned you) along the coast.
- The city bus number 200 (from the center of Cannes to the Promenade des Anglais in Nice, along the coast) marks a stop very close to the villa.

RENTAL RATES
---------------------

The Cannes rental market is atypical. Applications and rental prices depend on:
- The seasons, summer or not,
- Festival / Congress or not,
- Weekends or weekdays,
- The number of guests
- The number of suites or rooms to prepare although the property will be privatized to only one tenant.
