Host was beyond friendly. House was nice, fire pit was a bonus we really enjoyed. There is a playground onsite and even though we don't have kids thought that was nice.

Overall we really like the home. We recommended it to someone else as well.If you come in at night/after dark there is only 1 dim security light so getting from the car and inside was challenging.

First floor apartment in a very nice neighborhood, cute setting and not far drive to Berry. The amenities were great, and the owners were very attentive and helpful. I felt safe and welcomed, being that I was traveling and staying by myself.

Comfy, clean downstairs apt

Adorable and clean! Perfect for two, but was still a great accommodation for three. The owner has a creative privacy blind between the well appointed living room (where sleeper sofa is) and the bedroom (where the adult bed is). Outdoors are spacious enough to feel private, the bathroom was SO well stocked with toiletries and towels, and there are games available. Owners checked on us to be sure we were enjoying our stay. We did!

Spacious lower level suite

Host Amy was superb with her communication and it was easy to feel welcome at "The Landing." Close to Berry College so perfect for anyone attending events there!

Perfect place to stay

When we came in it was so clean and inviting. I feel like the hosts think of everything. Power strips, toys for kids, extra blanks, towels, grooming needs, and a full kitchen. We felt instantly comfortable. We will be staying here again for sure!

The downtown area is a wonderful place to spend the day walking Broad Street, visiting the local shops and grabbing a bite to eat. There is plenty to do (hiking, kayaking, tennis) in Rome - if you need any suggestions we will be glad to help.

Our home is located on the first and second floor. The apartment is on the basement floor.
