The property was conveniently located! We loved the easy access to the pool as well as the beach. The unit was well stocked and had everything we needed. The owner was quick to respond with any questions we had. We love South Bay! This was our 3rd year staying here.

Great vacation!

This property has it all, pool, beach and all restaurants and attractions 5 to 10 mins away. The townhome is stocked with everything you’ll need and Mark is so nice! Will definitely book again soon.

Amazing Stay

Adorable condo and well stocked, located just steps from the beach, pool is right outside the patio door. The community is gated and convenient to retail and restaurants. The host is incredibly kind. I rate 10/10, do not hesitate to stay here.

Great unit and host.

Been staying at SouthBay for years. By far the cleanest place we have stayed in. Mark is a great host and would definitely stay there again.

The condo was nice and clean. Mark was pleasant to talk to and gave any information we needed. We enjoyed the views and relaxing on the beach. I would definitely recommend marks Condo to anyone looking to stay in Destin.

Private Beach, enough said

3 adults, 1 ten year old and 1 two year old slept comfortably. The private beach is literally a 3 minute walk away. Possibly best low occupancy beach in the area, your aren't competing with an entire high rise complex, just a few dozen or so condos.

Such an adorable place. Owner is so nice. Most equipped place we’ve ever stayed at. Short walk to the beach. Pool right out back door is nice. Has everything! Will be back for sure.

Great Experience

Captain Mark was quick to respond to any questions we had and was pleasant to speak with. Property was clean and comfortable. Location of Apt in relation to the private beach was as described (short walk across apt parking lot). We booked a fishing trip with Mark, which I highly recommend! My 6yo, father in-law, and I all had a wonderful time fishing and brought home a yeti cooler filled with filets. Next time we come back to Destin, we’ll be looking to stay at this property.

Absolutely wonderful sray

We loved this property! The condo was beautiful and very well maintained. The back door opened to the pool and a short walk across the parking lot takes you right to the beach. We highly recommend Mark’s property for anyone wanting that perfect beach vacation. Not only were the owners communicative and friendly the location is ideal. We didn’t discover until our last day that a short walk across a pedestrian bridge dips you right at a wonderful little shopping center with an ice cream shop, a candy store a large souvenir store and one of the best restaurants we ate at on our trip - The Gulf Club - a fantastic little sports pub with unique food offerings and an amazing staff. We will definitely be back next year!!!

Our entire trip was excellent. Accommodations were exactly as described and just amazing. On the beach, just walk through parking area and you are on the beach. Host was amazing. Townhouse has everything you need to prepare meals for the family. Beds very comfortable. Highly recommend! If available when you are booking, book! Thank you Mark for a wonderful week vacation for our family. We will be back and hope your place is available again. Thank you!!!

Roberts Family Vacation

Great location! Parking right out the front door. Super short walk to the beach with complementary beach chairs and umbrella. Nice pool right out the back door. House was super clean with everything provided down to hand sanitizer, cleaning wipes, fully stocked kitchen, linens, beach towels, games and DVD’s. Beds were super comfy and we had plenty of room for our family….felt right at home. Thank you so much for the best family vacation ever! Hope to stay here again!

First Family Vacation

We booked this condo for a family vacation with our toddler and my husband’s mom and sisters. The space was the perfect size for us and it was better than the pictures! The pool is literally right out the back door which was very nice since we had a 2 year old to entertain. The beach was only a parking lot away so it was nice to not have to walk miles to get there. Taylor, the chair service guy, and his crew were extremely helpful with getting us in a good spot. He would even set our chairs out for us before we ever came out for the day. Traffic was something crazy when we were there, but this condo is located right in the middle of town so you weren’t in traffic to long when it was time to go somewhere! Mark is a great host, he even took the time to come by and look for a baby gate for me. If we go back to Destin, we will definitely be contacting Mark!

Convenient and Comfortable

This property is fully stocked and super convenient to the beach and pool. They had all you needed from beach towels and toys to a everything you would need in the kitchen. Just bring your own K-cups and toiletries and you are set to have a great vacation. The pool is just steps away and the beach is a short walk across the parking lot. The lake is close as well and has turtles and fish. This property was the cleanest I have seen and the owner was awesome. All my questions were answered promptly and I knew exactly what to expect when I got there. I 100% recommend this property especially if you have kiddos.
