Magnifiquement aménagée dans les années 1930, à seulement deux pùtés de maisons des hÎpitaux suédois et Craig dans le vieux Englewood! Dans une rue trÚs calme dans un quartier calme sur un terrain d'angle avec une grande cuisine entiÚrement équipée, deux chambres complÚtes avec lits king ou reines chacune avec leur propre salle de bain complÚte (avec la troisiÚme chambre aménagée en bureau calme), et vraiment grande cour arriÚre impressionnante avec salon de patio complet pour les mois les plus chauds. Grand garage privé pour deux voitures en plus d'un grand parking dans la rue.

Wonderful Stay

This cute house worked out wonderfully for us. You can tell the host has pride in the home. April provided all the amenities we needed and she even checked in to see if we had everything we needed. The house was very clean, comfortable and well maintained. It has a lovely backyard to enjoy. The location is convenient as well. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Stay

Our family of three had a great stay. This location was perfect for us to visit University of Colorado Boulder (about an hour away) and University of Denver (about 8 mins away). It's a chill neighborhood with good choices for food and drink. We had a great find with a short walk to a brewery called Lady Justice. Really good dinners at Undici and Colore. April is a wonderful host with thoughtful things like snacks and drinks. She's a great communicator too. We'd be happy to come back and stay again in the future.

Close to hospital and a beautiful retreat.

This is a beautiful property and is walking distance to Swedish Medical Center and the Craig Hospital. The Host was very responsive.

Great home base for exploring Denver

WOW! This property was phenomenal in every way- close to highways, great neighborhood with restaurants and breweries nearby, comfortable and clean property. April is a great host. She was quick to respond with questions before the stay. Even better, she stocked the house with snacks, cold drinks, and toiletries. Will stay again when we’re in Denver!

We enjoyed your home and appreciated all the nice touches. The only things we feel you need to know about are: The door to the queen room only has one hinge so it was difficult to close the door. The master bath door has is sticking. It was warm in the house at night and we couldn’t adjust the thermostat so it was a bit uncomfortable.

Wonderful home, very comfortable

We stayed here for a week and thoroughly enjoyed the home. We were able to easily work during the days, and attend to our other tasks in the evening. The house is well situated and had evrything we needed. We will definitely stay again.

Wonderful Home Away from Home!

April was so fantastic to work with and the communication was fantastic. I traveled with my older parents, and it was the perfect home. April thinks of everything and then some. I felt as though I was staying in a friend's home, not a rental. I literally have never stayed in such a beautiful, well-equipped home. We were there for my son's DU graduation and it was nice and close to the school. I highly recommend Colore for dinner. Great Italian restaurant nearby. The backyard was beautiful and has a big outdoor couch for naps or reading. I cannot say enough nice things about this property. Thank you so much April! I would absolutely rent this again without hesitation!

Lovely Home in Great Location

We thoroughly enjoyed this nicely remodeled older home. We were treating our grandson to a high school graduation trip to Denver. The home is in a great location with easy access to Denver and the surrounding area. Nice, quiet neighborhood and plenty of space. We especially enjoyed the patio area out back. Having snacks and coffee were a special bonus.

Very nice!

I've stayed at many vacation rental properties, some obviously neglected by their owners. This place is quite lovely; clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. Kudos to this owner for caring about the property and their guests' comfort.

Denver Trip to Visit DU Daughter

This house is adorable and extremely well equipped! The host provides anything you may need from snacks to Keurig coffee pods. The beds are very comfortable with nice bedding. Showers are equipped with shampoo/conditioner/body wash. The house is located a 5 minute drive from DU, which is exactly what we we were looking for as we (my parents and I) were visiting my daughter. April communicated with us throughout our stay and provides clear, easy instructions for the house.

I grew up in Denver and am a fourth-generation Denver native, which is apparently rare these days! I spent seven years living in London and San Francisco, and moved back to Denver in 2017 to be closer to family, friends, and finally have a yard and garage.

I have a Golden Retriever whom I completely adore. I love spending time riding my horses, going on walks and hikes with my husband and our dog, traveling, exploring Colorado, and wine tasting!

When I was looking to move back to Denver, I knew I wanted an older home in the south part of town, as I grew up in South Denver and feel the most at home here. When I first saw this house I was smitten, it's the cutest thing I'd ever seen and I absolutely loved that it was in such a quiet neighborhood on a sleepy street. I also love that it has both bathrooms on the main level, which is uncommon in this period of home in this area. Plus it has an awesome yard and huge garage, and place for a wine cellar, which sealed the deal :)

Englewood is such a cute area and has lots to offer, like some really awesome local restaurants (Cochino Taco! Grow+Gather! Cucina Colore!) and wine bars (One Barrel!), and is just six miles from downtown Denver. This property is also only two blocks from both Swedish and Craig hospitals, making it very convenient if you are caring for a loved one or are working there temporarily.
