We had a wonderful week at this Matlacha rental and would absolutely stay here again. The house was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed, which made settling in easy and stress free.We especially loved spending our afternoons relaxing in the pool after being out on the boat. It was the perfect way to unwind. One highlight of the trip was dining at the Blue Dog Bar & Grill, where we had some amazing shrimp tacos.There was a small issue with the Keurig not turning on, but the host handled it quickly and had a replacement delivered the very next day, which we really appreciated.Overall, a fantastic stay in a great location!

This place is very clean and nice. The kitchen and linens are stocked. Theres kayaks and canoe, crab traps to use. The pool is very nice and the dock is easy to navigate to. The fishing in this area was also great. We qill definitely be back!

Beautiful Property

The second floor apartment was beautiful with its little pool in a really cool spot. There is an amazing bar 5 minutes away and was super quite.

Wow, what a great spot! My husband, I, and our fur kids truly enjoyed staying at this little gem. The place was immaculately clean and had everything we could possibly need for a wonderful stay—and more. I was especially impressed with how well the kitchen was stocked.The dining area, with its many windows, offered a beautiful view of the channel, and we loved enjoying our morning coffee there. Having our boat so close by was incredibly convenient, and we also really enjoyed the pool. This place was wonderful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Memorable Family Vacation

We enjoyed the tranquility of Matlacha and the nearby barrier islands. The property was central, spacious, clean and homey. We look forward to making this an annual family trip.

Terrific property

Great location on Matlacha, very friendly neighbors. We really enjoyed the screened in breezeway, kayaking, and bicycling in the area. Property manager is very nice and helpful.

Matlacha Getaway

The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. The house is great. Enjoyed relaxing on the second floor porch reading and watching all the birds flying around. Quiet neighborhood for riding bike or walking. Easy walking distance to the shops and bars in Matlacha.

Amazing

We were so very pleased with this rental! It’s a perfect setting for walking to restaurants, bars, and shops. It’s beautiful inside and out. Extremely clean. The host are very friendly and communicating was terrific. We will definitely look to rent here again.
