Situé au cœur de Seaside sur Savannah Street, "Persuasion" est un chalet de 3 chambres mis à jour à seulement deux rues de la place de la ville de Seaside, à seulement 4 maisons de votre accès à la plage privée, et à quelques pas de l'aire de jeux de Seaside, de la pelouse de croquet, du basket-ball cour, et 2 des 3 piscines en bord de mer. Dans l'ensemble - un excellent emplacement!

Persuasion offre le meilleur de la mer avec de beaux espaces intérieurs et extérieurs comprenant un salon ouvert, une cuisine mise à jour, des chambres spacieuses, un porche grillagé avec salle à manger extérieure, des balcons privés et une tour avec vue sur l'eau! La chambre principale de la reine est au niveau principal avec combo bain / douche. A l'étage est une chambre d'hôtes QUEEN avec balcon privé et une autre salle de bain complète (douche seulement). À l'étage, une fois de plus, la chambre d'hôtes de la tour avec des lits jumeaux doubles avec balcon supplémentaire et une vue imprenable sur l'eau de la tour!

Un porche filtré au niveau principal offre un espace supplémentaire pour manger et se détendre avec un patio extérieur et un grill juste à l'extérieur du porche filtré.

Perfect Location!

Location is perfect. Short walk across the street to the beach, and also very close to the fitness center and to the food trucks and shopping. We were pleasantly surprised to find boogie boards and beach chairs for use. Would definitely stay here again!

Great for girls get away

Great location. Easy walk to beach and town center.Nice screened porch on main level and sunny deck on 3rd floor. Short walk to adult pool.Uncomfortable couch in living room.

Incredible family vacation

Persuasion was in a great location and had everything we needed. Seaside did not disappoint for sure. Being so close to the beautiful beach, walking to the restaurants and shopping as well as bikes to joyride through the area. Appreciated the communication by Sandpiper reps, first class. My family will be back.

Wonderful five day stay at Persuasion. The house was just as described and was perfect for my family of five (kids ages 7,5,2). Proximity to the beach can't be beat and I much prefer the quieter, old side of town. I will warn that the bathtub needs to be replaced - there's a small hole where the handle attaches to the body of the tub and the drain stopper was broken during out stay. The dishwasher, washer and dryer all need a good cleaning. Can't wait to return to Seaside and wouldn't hesitate to book Persuasion again.

Great location but nothing luxurious.

The location is great. The living room furniture was very uncomfortable because it was outdoor furniture. The king bed was very uncomfortable and squeaky. The bedrooms didn’t get dark at night. The window blinds let much light in the bedroom from street light outside. We came home exhausted from five nights of poor sleep. There was no hand soap in the bathrooms. They cheap out on the paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, etc. The pictures make the rooms appear bigger. It’s a tight house. Overall no major issues, and we enjoyed our stay, but were not super comfortable.

Short walking distance to beach and downtown area.

Access to town and the beach was a short walk or bike ride. The house sits behind another house that is on the road so it was a little hard to find at first, but the walk to and from the beach was not horrible. Parking was hard to find so once we got there we didn't leave until we checked out. The house was cute and clean, but the beds were extremely uncomfortable. The stairs were very steep and kept me worrying about our young children. The stove does not work properly and took a very long time to cook anything. We cook a lot while at the beach, so this was an inconvenience to us as well as the lack of cookware. And the "tower view" was barely that since the trees have grown up. There is one tiny view of the ocean that looks like it is a mile away. I was expecting more from the house for the amount we paid.

Thank you for your review! Parking is usually not a problem on Savannah Street since Seaside requires a parking pass. Luckily, you really don't need to drive anyway since everything is walking distance :) We are glad the home was clean and you enjoyed it! We will have maintenance check the oven since this is the first hearing that it is working too slowly. Same with the beds- please notify us during your stay so we can do something to make you more comfortable. Thanks again!

Outstanding Place To Get Away!

My husband passed away in August and this three day sabbatical with my two sons was a peaceful and beautiful time for us. The location and open air activities eased our fears of the increasing fears of Covid while travelling. The home, Persuasion, was immaculate and comforting in so many ways! Fell in love with Seaside

Persuasion is ideally situated within Seaside. The layout is good with the bedrooms spread out between floors to provide privacy. The open concept living and dining room with adjoining screened porch was very livable. The outdoor spaces on each level adjoined to the bedrooms was a nice touch.

Persuasion is PERFECTion! Location! Location! Location! Excellent size & amenities too

To say we absolutely loved Persuasion, does not cover it! Exceptional location for beach & town, large space (even bigger in person!) Clean, well kept, updated, fully stocked kitchen. The AC in the house worked great everywhere with the exception of the 2nd floor master, however a box fan was provided (maybe bring another larger fan if you drive, for comfort while sleeping). The bikes provided were great. Would recommend renting more (& kid size if your short like me!) so you can see all that Seaside, Watercolor, Grayton, etc have to offer. Each surrounding area is super accessible from Persuasion. My husband was a little unhappy with the ill-fitting master bed sheets, but knowing we cannot wait to rent again next year, I’ll pack a pair to make him happy ;) We enjoyed this location so much, I’m almost hesitant to share how great it is! Trust us, you won’t be disappointed!

Location great, cleanliness not so much

The location is fantastic- easy trip to the beach and restaurants/coffee shops/shopping in seaside. Overall cute place. Maybe put additional small table on top deck? The place REALLY NEEDS a good cleaning though. A lot of stuff felt sticky, and the blinds/windows/furniture were really dirty. The washing machine needs a good scrub too- lots of slime and mold around the seal and had bad odor. Not enough utensils and the dishwasher broke our first day there. The property manager was great to work with though. Beds were comfortable.

Location!!!!

The best thing about this property is it’s location. Both the beach and the square are located just a few minutes away. There is a small park at the end of the street that my kids walked to every day. The house is clean and well- maintained. We loved hanging out on the screened porch and the upstairs balcony is a perfect spot for watching the sunset. We cannot wait to go back!
