Serenity at Seamist #9 is one of 12 privately owned units in a 3 story building (updated in 2025) overlooking the Gulf of Mexico with private beach access. Experience a peaceful beach vacation at beautiful Serenity at Seamist Unit 9! This exquisite condo sleeps up to five with a King size bed, Queen sleeper sofa and two Twin bunk beds. Serenity at Seamist has been completely remodeled and decorated with a modern, elegant beach décor. You will be greeted by breathtaking beach views of Panama City Beach all the way to Destin.

Inside, you will find all the luxury comforts one needs for their ultimate beach vacation. Spacious living area with boarded nickel slot wall and a 55" mounted flat screen TV. The upgraded and expanded kitchen features quartz counters, stainless appliances, and full-size refrigerator with crushed ice dispenser. You won’t miss the incredible ocean view from the counter height breakfast bar. The private balcony is furnished with high top swivel chairs overlooking the brilliant, blue-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Perfect place to watch for the dolphins.

Experience fresh air, warm breezes, long walks on the beach, and the calming sounds of the waves. There is nothing quite like burying your feet in the sand at the beach. It’s soothing to the soul.

When you are not dining at local restaurants along the beach, grill up your favorite foods on the two community barbecue grills. During your stay you should explore Scenic 30A. Visit Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, Seaside and Grayton Beach.

Serenity at Seamist Unit 9 is one of twelve units in a 3-story building. Not a high rise around for 4 miles!

Great Getaway for 2!

We went down to 30A for a long weekend, and the Serenity at Seamist was perfect for me and my wife! Amazing value for the price and location ON the beach and proximity to Alys and Rosemary. Will definitely be back!

Great Getaway

The condo is perfect for a couple or very small group. Wonderful views and lovely beach with easy beach access. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit! Quiet neighborhood (minus construction and renovation going on in other condos and next door.) Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful Stay

We have stayed a few places in Seagrove, including another condo in this same building. This is by far the most beautiful place we've stayed in. It was impeccable, spotless, and the view could not be any better. We can barely wait to come back!

Great Beachfront Stay

This was our third stay in Serenity at Seamist during May. We love the location and the view can't be beat. The beach is never crowded. You can usually see dolphins and manta rays from the deck. The condo has everything you need for a relaxing stay at the beach.

Our stay in Seamist #9 was wonderful!

Our stay at seamist #9 was wonderful, great location for all of our favorite spots to dine (old Florida fish house, cafe 30A and not too far for a trip to the red bar!), private beach and chair rental service made for a very relaxing stay. The accommodations were very nice, parking was easy and the beach front 3rd floor balcony made for a great view! We will definitely be back.

This is a wonderful unit with comfortable king size bed. Kitchen has most everything you would need. Benchmark staff were wonderful!! only drawback is the stairs to the beach need to be updated. Had to wear shoes bc of old wood and multiple exposed nail heads.

15 year anniversary family trip

This condo was perfect for our family of 5! Our teen and tweens loved the condo. Amy was amazing to work with and so helpful! Access to the beach was so easy. We had the chairs set up daily which made going down to the beach even easier. The amenities were perfect, condo is close to some of our favorite restaurants and shops. We bought a few sand toys and inflatables from Publix and easily brought them back and forth to the beach. There was even a turtle nest at the bottom of the stairs and we saw baby turtle prints heading towards the sand. The sunset views from the beach were amazing too.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Great property

We have stayed everywhere from Destin to Inlet beach if you want a not sooo crowded beach and want a clean well appointed condo that is quiet then stay here. The only downside if you can even call it you have to walk luggage up two flights of stairs( my wife packs like we are going down for a month) but I'm used to it. Parking is good at condo, you are close to the Hub and if looking for a great lunch or an awesome dining experience at Old Florida Fish house.

Our trip to 30A was fabulous! Amy is the best host! The condo was super clean and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for the week. We made smoothies and margaritas with the Ninja blender. Amy helped us with restaurants and places to go see. The chair set up on the beach was definitely an added perk! The views from the condo were spectacular!!! It’s hard to even describe and put in words. We enjoyed eating on the deck and watching the waves. We spotted a few dolphins. The condo was very quiet and comfortable. It’s a great place to watch the beautiful sunsets, to relax and unwind. The condo had coolers, beach chairs and sand toys. You can rent bikes nearby. Overall we rate Amy and her condo 10/10! We can’t wait to come back and wake up to those spectacular views every day!

Family Wedding ‘Ours’

Was very pleased we had the opportunity to check in a bit early, everything was extremely well-maintained and beautifully decorated. Kitchen has every appliance and accessory you need for your stay. We were afforded, the luxury of having our nuptials on the beach with our grown children and grandchildren in attendance. The condo owners In-laws were actually staying in the building and we got to meet them on the way down for the ceremony. Hope we are as blessed they shared they have been married for 63 years! Thank you to Amy for making everything Absolutely perfect for our special day and vacation. (Honeymoon) we now know where the hidden pearl is on 30 A and look forward to returning.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay at The Seamist. The unit greatly exceeded our expectation. This unit is perfect for a couple or small family. It isn’t large, but has everything you need. The unit has awesome views of the gulf, is located right on the beach, and is close to neighboring beaches. The beach is not crowded, and is perfectly beautiful. My husband and I prefer to visit small, casual beach bars and restaurants, which are non-existent on this stretch of 30A. There is plenty of shopping and high quality ($$$$) restaurants within a short distance. Traffic at neighboring beaches is awful, but easy to avoid getting to this unit. Our unit was ready early; and the management company called to let us know -‘s allowed us to check in at 10am, instead of 4pm. The unit was clean, had plenty of essentials (dish soap, towels, wi-if, Blu-ray, etc). We really felt like we were renting an economy unit, and were generally very impressed with the condition of the unit. The listed pictures don’t quite do it justice.

Beautiful condo and excellent location

The condo was immaculate and was nicely decorated. The ocean view and patio were terrific and being right on the beach can't be beaten. The location was perfect. Close to many restaurants and shopping but not right in the midst of all the crowds and traffic. Would definitely stay here again!

Seamist Condos have 12 units which are privately owned. We have been coming to this very building since 1992. We were lucky to purchase unit 9 from one of the original owners. Seamist is in a quiet spot along 30-A. Serenity at Seamist is on the 3rd floor and has the best views of all the units! You can have a quiet spot on the beach yet you are still close to all the tourist spots on 30-A!

Serenity Condo 30A is in Santa Rosa Beach. The cross walk to One Seagrove is in front of the building. Just two miles East of Seaside. Plenty of restaurants all around. In the heart of Old Seagrove!
