Conçu sur un seul niveau, «Simply Seabreeze» est le choix parfait pour tous ceux qui ont besoin d'un hébergement sans escaliers. Un bel aménagement paysager et des porches enveloppants vous accueillent dans cette maison de plage joliment décorée avec des planchers de bois franc partout.

Un pas à l'intérieur et vous serez ravis de la grande salle spacieuse et de la salle à manger attenante avec beaucoup de fenêtres pour laisser entrer le soleil de la Floride. Les électroménagers en acier inoxydable, les nouveaux comptoirs en quartz brillants et la barre de petit-déjeuner attenante sont des caractéristiques que vous adorerez dans la cuisine haut de gamme.

Un couloir central mène à trois chambres - la chambre d'enfant avec un lit superposé Twin / Full (70lbs max), une chambre d'hôtes avec un lit Queen et la grande suite parentale avec un lit King, une salle de bain privée avec double vanité et baignoire jacuzzi , et porte française qui s'ouvre sur un long porche arrière.

Une grande salle de bain avec double vasque et baignoire / douche est pratique pour les deux autres chambres. Lecteurs TV / DVD partout et Internet haut débit. La piscine privée est accessible depuis la chambre principale, la buanderie et par l'entrée fermée sur le côté de la maison.

Vous adorerez la grande terrasse et le bel aménagement paysager autour de la piscine (12 X 24). Détendez-vous dans votre chaise longue sous l'un des 9 palmiers avec un jardin fleuri, pendant que les enfants barbotent dans la piscine. Une table et des chaises au bord de la piscine ainsi qu'un nouveau barbecue à gaz rendent les repas à l'extérieur un plaisir.

Profitez d'une agréable promenade le long d'une ruelle calme et résidentielle, jusqu'à la plage à seulement quelques minutes (environ 3-4 minutes à pied). Les grands porches couverts offrent les endroits parfaits pour se détendre dans les brises parfumées. La cour arrière est entièrement clôturée pour votre intimité et votre sécurité.

Parking pour 2 à 3 voitures. Près des magasins et des restaurants à proximité de Seaside, Seagrove Beach et Alys / Rosemary Beach, et le plus récent 30A Venue, The HUB. À seulement 15 minutes de Pier Park, un nouveau complexe de boutiques, de restaurants, d'activités et d'un théâtre multi-écrans. Location du samedi au samedi. We had a wonderful stay at this beach house! It was spotless and clearly well cared for, and the location couldn't be beat, just a short walk to the beach. The pool was a huge hit and kept everyone entertained. This place is perfect for families with kids, and we'd absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, kid-friendly getaway

Our family had a wonderful time at the Poppy Breeze house! The house was very clean and well appointed with supplies/utensils/etc. They pretty much had everything you would need for your trip already at the house! Our kids especially enjoyed all the pool and beach toys. It was also nice to have beach towels and chairs provided so we didn't have to pack or rent those. Having the heated private pool was perfect for our family as well.Location in this area is all about what you are looking for. Although there weren't any walkable options for my family with young kids, we did ride our bikes to Alys and Rosemary every day within 10 minutes or so. The beach access was walkable within about 5 minutes which was very nice. The beach itself was great and wasn't anywhere close to as crowded as we anticipated or read about. Overall, the location worked well for us and was quiet and peaceful. Allowed our family to enjoy the yard and private pool!The host was extremely communicative and was able to quickly answer any questions we had. It felt like she really cares that her guests have a great time.We would definitely come back and stay at Poppy Breeze and no complaints about the property, host, or overall experience there. We had a great time!

Great host and home. My family and I had a great stay here; we enjoyed having the flexibility of both easy beach access and private pool on the property if we wanted to have a quieter day. The home was beautiful and well kept, and is a short (10 minute) drive from several areas that offer shopping and restaurants. 10/10 would recommend.

Cozy Home

From the moment we got there we were extremely pleased! The layout of the house was great. The beds were comfy and we all slept well! The kitchen had all we need down to better cookware than most rentals. We enjoyed the pool ..it does get a lot of debris due to mature trees in the neighborhood..but no huge thing. Lounging by pool with all the set up and palm trees was great. We enjoyed walking the neighborhood at night. The house is prime location to everything we wanted. The walk to beach is easy and had all the gear you need! Would stay again!!!!

Excellent home for our vacation

Our family of 3 had a wonderful week at this home. Very spacious and plenty of room. There was great communication with the owners who were extremely friendly and quick to respond and resolve a few questions that we had. They also had good recommendations for local places to eat. The street was very quiet with little traffic and the walk to the beach was less than 5 minutes. We really enjoyed having our own private pool where we spent lots of time swimming. We will definitely stay here again!

Great beach house

An excellent house, with great location and exceptionally clean/well appointed. Nicely stocked with the little things that most beach houses lack- laundry detergent, extra towels, dish soap, toiletries, very nice kitchen equipment. Very responsive communication with owner. Only minor issue was with internet connection- worked well enough for checking email and apps on phone but weren’t able to stream anything on the televisions (repeatedly got poor internet connection errors on Netflix, Disney, Hulu, etc). Would love to return in the future!!

Perfect family spot

We absolutely loved our stay at Poppy Breeze. The location is wonderful on a quiet street directly across from a beach access. No detail was overlooked in this home. Chargers, towel hooks, night lights, and plenty of other special touches made it feel like a home away from home. Our son enjoyed having a monitor he could plug his Nintendo Switch into and not disrupt family tv watching. I would highly recommend this home. We loved riding bikes down to Seacrest and Rosemary for meals and snacks.

What more could one ask for than Poppy Breeze?

I have never stayed in a property, rental or otherwise, that is anywhere near as nice as this home. I informed the owner of this sentiment in the middle of our stay because I was blown away by this place! It had everything that you could possibly need...plus some very nice extras which we were not expecting. The Poppy's salted caramel popcorn was devoured in short order!! The massive live oak trees located in the front of the property were a thing of beauty. And the pool with the fenced-in backyard provided us the perfect place to cool off after a morning of fishing! And the communication with Niki (the owner) was a definite 5 stars!! My Pop and I thoroughly enjoyed every single minute of our time at Poppy Breeze. We are already counting the days until next year's trip! John D.

FIVE STARS

This was the best VRBO experience we’ve ever had. We had an issue with the air conditioner and the problem was fixed within 12 hours. Life happens, and Niki was a star and managed it so quickly and efficiently. She was very responsive with any questions that came up. The house was pristine and inviting. The location couldn’t have been better. Pool was clean and private. The ring security system gave us comfort especially with the alarmed doors - whenever the pool door opened or front door opened, it helped us track our one and three year old. We’re hopeful to return again soon!

Enchanting Oasis in Seacrest

Absolutely wonderful property. The pictures are great but, it is much better to see this property in person. Great amenities, proximity to the beach and restaurants. The home was absolutely wonderful and the master bed was quite comfortable. Really nice neighborhood with amazing landscaping. We want to stay again.

My husband and I are from Texas and we bought this lovely Florida cottage in 2020 as our vacation home. We are so excited both to spend time there as well as host others looking for a beautiful place like this to enjoy. We have 2 boys, 1 daughter-in-love, and 2 grandchildren (they run the show around here). Just like we can’t wait to make wonderful family memories in this home, we hope others will as well.
