The apartment was amazing, extremely well stocked and comfortable. Very close to the beach and it was possible to walk into Alvor but a short drive woybe preferable. The host, Duarte and his right hand Ester were wonderful. Would highly recommend this property.

The apartment was perfect for our stay in Alvor. It included everything we needed and was very comfortable for our family of four. Esther was super helpful showing us around upon arrival. We so enjoyed exploring the property, including the beaches, caves, pool, and different restaurants and bars. Would definitely recommend!

Great Location

The appartment has all the necessary ameneties and it’s location near the beach and in the middle of the Algarve makes it perfect for exploring both east and west. Duarte, the owner was very attentive to our needs and the whole experience was stress free.

The apartment was very nicely presented. Good size bedrooms and a large comfortable lounge/dinning space with a balcony made it fine for holiday base. It was clean throughout and fully functional. It also felt very secure. We were met on arrival and informed about amenities. Finally checkout was super simple. Recommend as a good value self catering option.

Convenient location, comfortable and clean

Host is easy to communicate with and is very accommodating. Apartment is clean, spacious and perfect for two couples or a family with children. Easy walk to the beach and many restaurants. Clean and comfortable with everything we needed. The beach area is so beautiful — like nothing in the U.S.! We definitely hope to return!

This apartment was spacious, well appointed and very clean. The host was responsive and helpful. Also it is well located with a short walk to Prainha beach as well as the pool, market and restaurants on the resort. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would recommend it for families looking for a beach & pool holiday with a short Uber ride to local attractions.

Beautiful location

A very spacious condo, newly upgraded and very clean. One of the prettiest beach views with Rock formations along the coast. Very close to Alvor with a nice night crowd on the smaller side. So good to have s parking garage and washing machine.

Well equipped

The apartment was modern, looked to be newly remodeled and well equipped with just about everything we needed. Conveniently located near the front entrance of the complex for easy access to town. I would rent again if visiting in the future. Check-out process was easy. Good communication with owner.

Lovely apartment

Stayed here for a short break. Check in was easy and thorough. Host was very accommodating. Apartament about a 10 min taxi ride into Alvor center but taxis are readily available and very reasonably priced. Kitchen was very well stocked with everything that you would need. I'd stay here again as it was a very pleasant stay. The apartment is on the owners side of a very large complex which is very well maintained. They have an onsite supermarket with all the basics which were a little pricy as 2.50 for a tin of baked beans and a half loaf of decent bread was nearly 4 euros but you can of course shop elsewhere 😉

Prainha Summer 2023

The apartment is lovely, equipped with very high quality appliances, very well decorated and very clean. Duarte did not forget children and has some toys for the little ones to have fun. The balcony is wonderful. There is a supermarket inside the condominium that we were able to use with everything needed for a great meal. The walk to the beach and pools is very close and the views are incredible. Everything is very well looked after and we had a wonderful time staying at Duarte's apartment. We were very well received by Ester and Duarte was always reachable for any question or concern, which I'm glad to say we did not have. I would definitely recommend Duarte's home.

Beautiful Setting and Convenient Location

Our unit is located in a very nice complex on a hill next to the ocean. It felt very secluded yet we were minutes away from restaurants, etc. Our unit was updated, clean, had a fully equipped kitchen and two full bathrooms. It is on the main entrance to the complex but the sound of traffic was nominal and having no buildings directly in front of us allowed for a fabulous daily sunrise. Our friends found the twin beds a bit hard but otherwise no complaints. The unit is on the second floor so beware that you will be dragging your luggage up a steep flight of steps. Also, the ocean is only almost visible from the wonderful front deck. But the swimming pool is at the ocean's edge and there is an on-site small grocery store. The host and his assistant are pleasant and responsive. Would I stay there again? Yes!

Belle résidence

Nous sommes venu depuis l'aéroport de Faro qui est à environ 1h en voiture. La résidence est sécurisée et il y'a des emplacements pour les voitures. Le logement est spacieux avec toutes les commodités dont ont a besoin comme à la maison. La climatisation est un plus en période de forte chaleur. La piscine et la plage sont vraiment magnifiques. Je recommande vraiment. Merci à Duarte nous reviendrons.

Wohnung top ausgestattet und grosszügig. Strand sehr schön. Restaurant und Einkaufen in der Nähe. Im März war die Anlage sehr ruhig. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, gerne wieder.

Una estancia muy disfrutable

Hemos pasado unos días muy agradables en la casa de Duarte. Un apartamento situado en una atractiva urbanización con acceso a calas de gran belleza, muy cómodo, tranquilo y espacioso, no le faltaba un detalle. Nos encantaría volver.
