Cette villa de deux chambres et deux salles de bain est située au quatrième et dernier étage du bâtiment deux à Hilton Head Resort. Wifi sécurisé gratuit! Profitez de la belle promenade jusqu'à la plage sur le marais d'eau salée via la promenade privée du complexe. Excellent emplacement pour les diplômes de Parris Island!

Den a une télévision à écran plat, un lecteur DVD et un canapé-lit queen.

La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec vaisselle, casseroles, poêles, cafetière, mixeur, micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle et toutes les autres nécessités de la cuisine, y compris les appareils en acier inoxydable mis à jour. Tout ce que vous devez apporter, c'est la nourriture!

La chambre principale dispose d'un ventilateur de plafond, d'une télévision et d'un lit queen-size pour votre confort. Il y a aussi une salle de bain privée avec baignoire et douche. La deuxième chambre a des lits jumeaux et une télévision. Il y a une autre salle de bain complète juste devant la porte.

Le Island Grill and Deli est situé au bord de la piscine au premier bâtiment. Profitez du petit déjeuner ou du déjeuner au bord de la piscine! Il y a aussi un dépanneur à l'intérieur de l'épicerie. (saisonnier - ouvert de mars à octobre)

Notre station dispose d'une promenade privée sur le marais d'eau salée. À la plage, vous trouverez Coco's, la cabane privée du complexe avec de la nourriture, des boissons et des toilettes (en saison). Aucune route à traverser et à seulement cinq minutes à pied de la promenade ou une navette gratuite pour la plage de notre plage privée. Notre plage est l'une des moins fréquentées de l'île.

Ce complexe situé au centre est une communauté fermée 24h / 24 pratique pour le golf, les pistes cyclables, les magasins, les cinémas, les restaurants et, bien sûr, la belle plage. Le complexe est adjacent au parcours océanique Robert Trent Jones à Palmetto Dunes.

Il y a des tables et des grillades de pique-nique, une terrasse privée, un dépanneur et une épicerie fine sur place, deux piscines extérieures, une piscine intérieure chauffée avec pataugeoire, un bain à remous intérieur et un sauna, une piste de jogging intérieure, une salle d'exercice, six courts de tennis éclairés, une plage volley-ball, buanderie à tous les autres étages, ascenseurs et parking gratuit. Toutes nos commodités sont gratuites pour les clients!

The walk to the beach is a little longer than I expected. For sure bring a wagon if you have lots of stuff to bring to the beach.

Nice enough

We love hilton head resort and the property manager was very communicative. The beds were comfortable And the check-in was easy. The location was great. Be sure to bring your own dish soap and trash bags. There weren’t any. There is a really nice porch space right outside the door, which is helpful and nice.

The pictures of the unit did not truly displace our unit. We opened the door and it was very small and dated!!Bathroom sink stopped up after shaving or brushing your teeth. Kitchen utensils very disorganized. Great location in HH. Would never stay there again.The elevator was terrible to get the 4 th floor.

Wonderful Stay

We had an excellent stay at Hilton Head Resort. The property was perfect for families and had tons of amenities. The indoor pool area was perfect when it was rainy outside and the boardwalk to the beach area was beautiful. Everything we needed was located on site. The rental was exactly as advertised, very clean, and perfect for two adults & two teens. On site bike rental was great too, we were able to spend time in the nearby parks and saw tons of wildlife, including alligators! There was a slight hiccup with the bike rental, but the staff at the resort was able to help us and everything was fixed within an hour. Overall, a great stay, we would definitely stay again!

Great location and amenities, but cleanliness problems

Our stay was wonderful and loved the close location to the beach, resort amenities, and ease of check-in, however experience some trouble with the cleanliness of the place. The place smelled of mildew during our stay and the furniture was damp on arrival. Surfaces needed wiped down and the coffee maker was not in any shape to use. Easy communication with property manager and maintenance arrived shortly after communicating lack of cleanliness. Would stay again, but in a different room.

Sorry for any issues. As soon as we heard from the guest we offered to send the cleaning service back and maintenance. They declined the cleaning service and maintenance found the ac system was set to "fan' and was bringing in outside air causing the dampness. As soon as it was set correctly the problem resolved.

Heritage Weekend!

Host was great. Great communication. Condo in general was decent. Appliances were all upgraded, A/C kept going up to 70 in the middle of night and wouldn’t stay down. Beds were a little on the hard side. We both had a hard time sleeping and getting comfortable. Shower heads could use a little update. Otherwise it’s a great location to easily commute all over the island.

Tons to do

The complex provides plenty to do. My kids loved the big indoor and outdoor pools. There’s a tennis court and the beach is about a 10 minute walk on the boardwalk with food there or at the pool. It’s a great stretch of beach. There is coin laundry down the hall. The beds were far too hard for us to repeat a stay here and it smelled as if someone in the unit had been a smoker at some point. Bring soap beach towels hair dryer and trash bags.

We do not rent to smokers and have never had a comment about a smoke odor before. Wish you had called. We would have had it recleaned immediately. I'm sorry if you did not see the list of what is provided by the cleaning service on your policies and also on the arrival instructions. They provide a starter supply only and we do make it clear that we do not provide beach towels. Thank you.

To small kitchen had water stains and black mold on ceiling. Dead bugs on all windows, dishwasher full of dirty dishes. Dirt on n the floors. And to far from beach

Totally false info but had it been accurate - We provide 3 phone numbers for guests to use for any issues. I never heard from this guest while she was there. I also provide the name of the owner of the cleaning service and guests are asked to inspect the villa upon arrival and call her immediately if anything is unacceptable. Again, the owner of the cleaning service never heard from her either. We cannot make it more plain that the resort has a private boardwalk to the beach and I even provide a map. If someone does not read the information provided and does not call anyone during their stay we cannot help them nor could anyone else. Interesting that the cleaning service had to spend 2 extra hours cleaning and disinfecting when they left.

Not awful but not good.

The place needs a deep deep clean. Dirty dishes were put in the cabinets, floors needing mopping, counters were dirty, it also smelled very odd like either old cigarettes or just very stale. The air return covering was covered in dust and that could be the cause of the bad smell. It needs a paint job something serious too, there’s scuffs and stains all over the walls. The property manager was very nice and easy to contact though, she was able to help ease any situations that arose. The location was great. We would stay at the resort again, just not in this same villa.

Great Place!

We really enjoyed our stay! Short walk to everywhere. The host was very thorough giving detailed instructions for everything. The condo was in excellent condition. Plenty of room for my little family of 4. Beds were comfy and tvs in every room. Only very minor detail I don’t like was that there is no private balcony but that is just the way the building is set up. Overall EXCELLENT experience!

Went above and beyond to satisfy these very demanding guests who wanted everything from the couch to the clothes hangers replaced. If they found the villa to be just "okay" why did they request to book it again next year? No thank you.

Convenient location

Not what the pictures show

Overall not satisfied with my stay. Upon arrival place smelled of strong musty odor, furniture was not cleaned, ceiling fans had lots of dirt and dust. I had to clean drawers in the order to put our clothes up,we were staying for a week. Had to call cleaning lady, coffee pot was dirty and dusty and honestly place needs major renovation. We battled ants entire stay. Bathroom toilet lids had weird stain on them 😳. Mattress in master bedroom was very uncomfortable along with dirty stained pillows 🤮 TV in second bedroom didn't work. The only thing we liked was resort itself and private beach.

Guest called upon arrival complaining of a "powdery substance" in drawers of chest in bedroom. Owner of the cleaning service made a special trip back to the island on a Saturday night and discovered it was paint overspray. Guest then complained about a stain under the kitchen sink where a bottle of dishwashing liquid had left a stain. This was 9:00 at night. Never heard another word from her during her stay. All she had to do is call me or the cleaning service for any other needs or cleaning requests. We have pest control every month and no one else has had an ant problem. We cannot remedy situations that we are not aware of and that is why we provide 3 phone numbers that are answered 18 hours a day.

Hilton Head Resort

Amenities of the resort are great. Island deli has great food and the walk to the beach is not terrible. On hot days, we used the water hoses to hose ourselves down before making the walk either way. Spent 95% of time in building 1 outdoor pool and at the beach. The room was a perfect size for me, my wife and 6 yr old daughter. 3 TVs for viewing while in the room. Couple things on the room. The weather seal around the front door needs to be replaced. You can see daylight straight through to the outside. Also the door has a key code to unlock. You have to make sure the door lock is turned a certain way for it to actually lock the door when you leave. We did not realize this until 4 days into the trip. We may have left the door unlocked unknowingly which was concerning. All in all a great trip and we look forward to booking at the resort again. Great time!

Thank you for your comments. I have reported the issue with the weather seal around the door to our maintenance company. I wish you had called regarding difficulty with the door lock. I would have had maintenance come to check it right away. No issues since then but sorry for the problem.

Villa very comfortable and decor was lovely. Shuttle service was great. Needed assistance with both bedroom TVs. Called Mgr (day 1.) She Stated it would be handled the next morning (day 2). No response Day 3 or 4. OTW HOME...

Good time

Great location, with easy walk to the beach and shuttle for those that can't make the walk. Amenities were good. The cleanliness of the building was lacking, the unit was ok but really could stand some updates! (like elevators and common areas around them)
