Restez dans un excellent emplacement, Ă  10 minutes de l'aĂ©roport ou du Strip. À 5 minutes du Green Valley Ranch Casino! Plan d'Ă©tage trĂšs grand et spacieux. Chaque chambre a des matelas confortables, des oreillers, des tĂ©lĂ©viseurs Ă  Ă©cran plat, des ports de chargement et des rangements. Chambre et salle de bain pratiques situĂ©es en bas. Salle de bain partagĂ©e double lavabo pour deux chambres et la chambre principale a une belle baignoire et douche privĂ©e. Grande table Ă  manger et coin salon avec cheminĂ©e et coin table de billard pour le divertissement. One Hot Stay

I’m from Chicago and wanted heat, we ended up coming on one of the hottest weeks. Lucky the pool was there. The home was beautiful and spacious. It wasn’t far from the airport or the strip. I came for relaxation and that’s what I got, Tina was soooo helpful. I will definitely come to her home again.

Perfect home. Perfect location.

The property was lovely with everything you could want or need. Nice selection of beds that accommodated us perfectly. One in our group prefers two smaller beds; one to lay out her suitcase. We didn't use the pool, but it was like seeing a sparkling lake just outside the dine in kitchen window. Property is in a quiet neighborhood, but close to shopping and airport. Host Tina is always available to answer questions and checks in to be sure everything is good, but is not intrusive. We highly recommend this property!

New-feel, clean and quiet

Stay here! If you value clean, new, and comfortable surroundings, this is it! Tina’s place was better than described. It was recently remodeled, and feels new. It was perfect for a group of 8 women biz associates who watched an online conference together. Tina responded so quickly to every inquiry. When the blender didn’t work, she quickly brought a new one. She was the perfect host. The home is tastefully furnished and decorated, with just what we needed for our stay. Oh, and the neighborhood is so quiet and feels safe! Perfect!

Enjoyed our stay

Tina was absolutely amazing. The ONLY reason the property did not get 5 stars overall is there were some electrical issues due to a burst pipe in a bathroom (Prior to our arrival). To be fair, however, Tina did let us know prior to coming AND did offer a FULL refund even after the deadline. Tina was also very accommodating and responded quickly. She was in the process of getting the damage fixed so I foresee anyone else having a 5 STAR experience. I would DEFINITELY recommend.

Excellent Property

Tina was great. Her responsiveness was quick. I had jut mentioned to her that the backyard was a little dark and she came the same day and installed new lighting! The home was very clean and stocked. Def would stay again.

get place to enjoy Vegas but get away from the strip

Property well appointed, Tina very responsive (drain slow in shower and handyman showed up within hours!). Nice way to enjoy Vegas (short ride to strip), but get away with family and enjoy being together in a home.

Great place for a family

This is a beautiful house in a great neighborhood. There are two supermarkets you can walk to. The master suite with king bed is huge and gorgeous, and our kids loved the bunk beds. The pool can be gated off. Tina is a great host ... I would give her 6 stars if I could!

Nice property...close to strip and airport.

Overall the property is nice-nice location, decent kitchen and bedrooms, nice master bedroom and bathroom. Backyard is smaller than expected but nice-would have been nice to have a table and chairs out there. House is fairly clean....wear shoes or bring slippers as floors seem dirty but overall clean home. Had an issue with disposal and Tina took care of right away. Overall nice property!

Great place!

I recommend 100%. Lots of space, great location and Tina is awesome. We had a couple things come up that I had questions about and she responded very quickly. I would stay here again if I ever come back to Vegas again.

Great property in a quiet neighborhood

I stayed here with a couple friends last week and had a great time. The home is nicely furnished, the pool is clean and the owner was easy to deal with. I'd definitely repeat.

Great stay!

Have stayed at a lot of Vrbo/Airbnb rentals, and this was definitely at the top for similarly priced houses. Had everything we needed, lots of towels, and the pool table was actually the most level one I’ve ever had in a rental. Really nice, quiet neighborhood, very convenient to everything. Very pleased!

Weekend stay during the pandemic

We came to Vegas during the pandemic to visit our daughter who is in the military and was stationed there. The home was a perfect home for what we needed, especially since many things in Vegas were still closed due to Covid. We had plenty of space to relax, were able to utilize the kitchen and cook many meals at the home. The kitchen had most cooking utensils needed. We enjoyed the pool, although it was very cold even in the heat of August, but it allowed us to enjoy the outdoors during the hot day. The one major downfall was that the floors were not clean. You couldn't tell unless you looked closely, our black feet gave it away. We found a broom and dealt with it as best we could for the weekend. There were also rugs on the floors in the bathroom that did not appear to be clean either. The remainder of the home, however, was very clean! Finally, the grill was extremely dirty, which made it difficult if not impossible to use. Other than this the house was very lovely, and I would recommend staying here.

We enjoyed or stay so much...It had everything we needed! Thank you for letting us use your home. Shopping is close..The strip was about 15-20mins from where we stayed and would consider staying again.
