sensationnel!! Appartement au 1er étage, bord de l'eau avec quai de bateau partagé.
NichĂ© dans la charmante ville de Lantana, Ă  10 minutes de l'avenue HIP Lake et de l'avenue Atlantic .2 chambres avec lit queen, 2 salles de bain complĂštes, cuisine complĂšte prĂȘte pour cuisiner et recevoir.
récemment rénové avec des meubles modernes, des appareils électroménagers en acier inoxydable, de la peinture fraßche, des planchers de bois franc, des salles de bains rénovées et des meubles d'extérieur cool.

The whole living space was very clean with lots of room and everything at our disposal they even had a baby's crib if you needed it. They also had Portable Chairs you can take for the beach overall this place was a 10 out of 10 i absolutely love loved it

The view is amazing! However there were several things that could have been improved such as the quality of the king size mattress which was sagging and very uncomfortable. The fan in the second bathroom, one of the floor lamps and the outdoor light were all not working. We also ran out of paper towels and toilet paper soon after staring and the bath towels were worn thin with one having a hole. As a someone who had VRBO properties I know it’s helpful to get this feedback as you might not go to the property often.

Wonderful waterfront condo

Although this is an older building, the condo is nicely renovated. The view of the intercoastal waterway is terrific! Kitchen is well stocked and appliances are modern. We would have liked to have better lighting in bedrooms and living room for reading, but we managed. Our host was easy to reach and responsive to our questions. Would definitely stay again.

Picture Perfect in Lantana

We booked our stay for a week and enjoyed every moment. The unit was clean, great view and centrally located between Delray Beach and Palm Beach. The location on the Intra Coastal was beautiful and quiet. Watching the sun rise every morning was treat. I had a couple of questions for the manager/owner and he responded promptly and was very helpful. Definitely a return property!

Boats in your front yard

Great spot. A couple minor issues but Avi was highly responsive. Be sure you park in the spot next to the building, not the one on the far side of the parking lot.

What a charming and peaceful condo!

We truly enjoyed our stay here. This is a downstairs unit so you can push open the sliding doors and sit on the little patio and look out onto the intercoastal. Very quiet and peaceful community. The condo itself is furnished in gentle neutrals, and truly creates a sense of calm in every space. we had everything we could possibly need, and the kitchen is well stocked with everything from top quality cookware to spices. This is not a walking neighborhood. But as long as you were willing to drive, you are just a hop skip and jump from the Lantana public beach, route 95, all the excitement of Delray, and so on. The owner seems very nice. We would certainly and happily return!

Horrible Host

The host told me I could check in early, so I came into town a few hours early. When I arrived at the condo it was not cleaned and looked like they were renovations in progress. Basically the owner said oops my bad. He told me to come back a few hours later at the normal check-in time and that it would be ready. It was not. Apparently I was out of line by getting upset about the situation. So he told me to leave and cancel the reservation, leaving me with no place to stay. Be very careful about working with this man. He is not a good person.

West Palm Get Away

This was our first time in the West Palm / Lantana area. I have stayed in many properties through VRBO and they never disappoint. Do not let the pictures fool you. This property sits right on the intercoastal waterway with views of the Ocean Avenue Drawbridge out your back door. Beautiful sunrises while enjoying your morning coffee. If you enjoy fishing your just walk out your patio door through the grass and onto the pier. It's just that easy. The owner has taken every preparation to make this your comfortable home while you are here. Everything you will need they have provided. The only negetive I would say is the missing of baking pans like a cookie sheet. We use it versus frying bacon which is easier cleaning. Other than that they have any kitchen tool you would need. The owner suggested a few of the local places near by to kill our time before check in. Right at the end of the street there is a cute little souvenir / gift shop. The gentleman running it is very sweet and has alot of information about the area. For the fishermen there are two bait / tackle shops at the corner. One is fresh water and one is salt water. We went to both and found both to be helpful on where the best spots were and tackle to use. There are so many inlet parks near this property that you can go to fish or just enjoy the views. The Old Key Lime House is right around the corner on Ocean Drive and worth the visit. Waterside dining and live music every night. The drinks are good and the food was great. Key Lime pie was superb. If we are ever in the West Palm area again I will definitely look for this property to be our home away from home again. Thank you Avi and family for sharing our home with you.

Beautiful views from the patio. Everything we could possibly need was in the condo

The condo is exactly as described! Fabulously views of the inter coastal and beautiful sunrises from the patio. Nice and quiet and the mist well stocked condo we’ve ever rented. Close to Palm Beach and area attractions and great. restaurants
