Piazza del Spagna Spanish Steps est un appartement situé au 4ème étage avec ascenseur. Le quartier «Trident» et «le cœur de Rome, de l'Italie, et le monde offre une belle architecture et services de toutes sortes. Pour un séjour inoubliable dans le coeur de la ville éternelle, nous avons proposé un appartement spacieux et lumineux, spacieux et ensoleillé sur le quatrième étage d'un immeuble avec ascenseur, situé dans l'une des rues les plus célèbres de luxe de Rome, Via del Babuino, betweeen carré l'Espagne et la Piazza del Popolo.
L'appartement est sur deux niveaux, il dispose d'un salon avec TV satellite, WiFi gratuit, de deux chambres doubles, une cuisine entièrement équipée / salle à manger, toilette avec douche.
Il est situé à quelques pas de la station de métro en Espagne ou Flaminio.

A wonderful apartment in an AMAZING location right in the center of everything. Alberto was extremely friendly, responsive, and helpful; he arranged transport from the airport upon arrival in Rome, and went out of his way to help us return a stroller we had rented once we realized it was way too big to bring along on the rest of our trip!

Great Apt in Rome

Traveled with family of 4 to Italy with the first stop being in Rome. Alberto, our host, was very accommodating and provided helpful guidance before, during and after our departure. The location of the apartment is conveniently located by the metro and there are a lot of great restaurants nearby (Babette Restaurant was our favorite). The apartment was very clean and well-maintained. It has air conditioning in both bedrooms as well as the main living area. We would definitely stay there again and would highly recommend to anyone visiting Rome. Thanks to Alberto for all of his help making this a great visit!

Great apt in convenient location

Wonderful property. Great location in very safe neighborhood close to lots of shopping and easy walk to sites. A few notes- -Great AC, which we appreciated in the summer heat -Easy check in and access -Clean and nicely furnished, with all the modern amenities -Appreciated having coffee and snacks upon arrival! -NOT handicap accessible. Building has elevator, but apartment is halfway between two floors so stairs are required. Also, second bedroom is up a very narrow spiral staircase. (No problem for us, but wouldn’t want anyone surprised by this)

Amazing location!

I have traveled to Rome multiple times and this 2 bedroom apartment is by far the best one we have had the pleasure to stay. The apartment is wonderfully designed and decorated. It was plenty of space for my family of 4, including a baby. The best part is the location. You are on the Rodeo drive of Rome with high end shopping and other stores such as H&M. Alberto was a wonderful host! He was very attentive to all of my emails and was on time for the check in. He arranged for transportation to pick is up from the airport which was a nice gesture. Alberto was very professional during the check in process and checked on us during our 4 day stay to make sure everything was going well. I will definitely be back and highly recommend this gem of an apartment! Grazie mille, Alberto!

Very good apartment in a great location

The apartment is spacious and in a great location between Piazza del Popolo and the Spanish Steps and within walking distance of many of the main tourist spots. There are hundreds of shops and restaurants in the area. The apartment was clean and well equipped and cleaner came every three days. It's in a very old building and though completely renovated, the kitchen and bathroom are a little worn, not terrible by any means but showing their age. A few comments. There is an elevator which runs from floors one to five so you will have to walk two flights of stairs even if you take the elevator. There is no laundry machine. Access to the second bedroom is via a spiral cast iron staircase one has to be slightly nimble to climb to the second floor. I woul absolutely stay there again.

Perfect location, wonderful hosts, super comfortable apartment.

Four of us stayed 5 nights at this apartment. We found the location to be perfect for walking to many nearby sights. As well, it is close to busses and the subway. Although we ate at the nearby restaurants, the kitchen had everything one would need if they wanted to cook. The Nespresso machine was wonderful for making espresso in the morning. There was champagne, coffee, chocolate, and some snacks waiting for us upon arrival! The apartment was clean and comfortable. Four of us could relax easily in the kitchen or the living room quite easily. Alberto looked after us really well!! When we had questions he was so quick to answer. He arranged a driver for us at the end of our stay, to take us directly to the cruise ship. The driver was right on time and got us and all of our luggage safely to the ship on time and for a good price. We were very happy with this apartment and for how well Alberto looked after us!! La description de l'appartement est conforme. L'emplacement est exceptionnel, dans le centre historique, très peu bruyant. Le seul bémol concerne la salle de bain qui est vraiment petite, mais cela ne gâche absolument pas le reste. L'accueil d'Alberto, ainsi que la communication par mail et sur place, ont été parfaits ! Excellent séjour !

Appartement très bien situé à deux pas du métro de la place d'Espagne. Très chaleureux en raison de l'ameublement et de la décoration raffinée. Les attentions des propriétaires sont particulièrement appréciables : thé, café, confiture, huile, vinaigre à notre disposition. J'ai rarement vu appartement aussi bien équipé. Alberto est très sympathique et prévenant. On a plaisir à retrouver l'appartement après une journée de visite. Excellent séjour.

Great Apartment in the heart of Rome

The location is wonderful, within walking distance to most of the historic sites. Short walk from the train station to the large apartment. Our host Alberto was very accommodating he had great recommendations on restaurants and he made our visit most enjoyable.

Nice apartment between Spanish Steps and Plaza del Popolo

Alberto was great to work with as he is a good communicator. Our flight arrived at 8am and checkin is at 2pm. He rushed over with his cleaning crew to get the space ready for us. When we arrived at noon to just drop our luggage, it was ready for us. I really, really appreciate that customer service as we were so tired and it was hot in Rome! The beds were comfortable and bathroom/towels nice with good shower. This apartment is not good for anyone with mobility issues….Second bedroom up a precarious spiral staircase. My daughter has a history of sleepwalking, so I chose to sleep up to be safe. It was not easy navigating at night and with luggage! The apartment was mostly clean, entry carpet needs a good shake out, a few maintenance items were needed. Luckily, we didn’t really need the AC, but would make sure is in good working order for summer before renting as kitchen gets a lot of sun and area is very lively at night. We enjoyed convenience to metro stops. (Bring traditional Nespresso pods if you want good coffee in apartment) We are big foodies, so wouldn’t stay in this area again, but we enjoyed our time. Also, we used a tour guide that Alberto recommended and I would proceed with caution. Through poor organizational skills, we fell through the cracks plus an unfortunate bout of illness, we never met the guide that was recommended and it was expensive. If you get a bad feeling, bail before paying!

Lovely light apartment near the Spanish Steps

This is a lovely two bedroom apartment in between the Spanish Steps and the Piaza del Popolo. Loved the beds (memory foam); great water pressure; large light filled kitchen, very comfortable couch, large shower (especially for Europe). It is very close to shops, grocery stores, restaurants, and no more than 6 minutes to the A line metro. We found everything we needed on Via della Croce and Via Vittoria. Getting from here to the Vatican could be done in less than 20 minutes. We chose to walk most places and just enjoy the outside museum that Rome is. We had a small issue and reported it to Alberto and he immediately called a technician who was there by 10 a.m. the next morning. Having rental properties ourselves; things do go wrong and I was very impressed with Alberto's swiftness in resolving the issue. I have no hesitation in recommending this place. We stayed for two weeks and could have easily stayed longer. Come and enjoy the Eternal City.

Beautiful apartment, super clean, and Alberto was really helpful in getting us settled in. Perfect location! We were able to walk to shops, restaurants, and Vatican City. Short taxi ride to the Colosseum. Our expectations were far exceeded! Would definitely return.

What a gem of a property in a perfect location.

It was a delight to stay in this apartment. Super comfortable.It has a lovely bright modern kitchen . It was so nice to make a hot cup of tea and cook a meal. This apartment is in a perfect location. Close to the Spanish steps and Trevi Fountain. You can also walk to the Vatican 3 km away. And you have the choice of 2 metro stations to use. The laundromat is the first street on the right as you exit left from the apartment. Carrefours express is really close about 2 blocks turning right and cheaper than the larger Coop supermarkets . Alberto met us at the apartment and arranged a transfer to the airport. So check in and check out is seamless.

The property owner is pleasant, responsive and helpful. The check in and out process was was easy. The property is in an excellent location, within walking distances of main attractions and shopping and with easy access to all means of transportation. I would highly recommend.
