Apartment was clean, air conditioned with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It had everything needed for the kitchen and was only one floor up with an elevator. Easy walk to local spots. Taxi stand and metro station just out front! Great restaurants close by!

We had a lovely stay here in the middle of June during a major heat wave. Coming back to this cool apartment was a blessing! Really the location couldn't be beat, we took advantage of the Metro and found several good restaurants within walking distance. The area felt very safe. The host was easy to work with and made sure to check in with us. We'd absolutely stay here again.

This a very clean modern apartment in a wonderful location in Rome. Most of the major sights are in walking distance and there is a metro stop within a few feet of the front door. There is also a taxi stand around the corner which is manned 24/7.The apartment is exactly as described in the listing with plenty of room to relax after a long day of sightseeing,

Iryna met us at the apartment to welcome us and give us all the information we would need with regarding the apartment. She was very helpful and also gave us information we needed to know about for our visit to Rome. The apartment was cozy, clean and very nice to come back to at the end of a busy day. Vicky also checked in with us during our stay to make sure everything was going fine with regard to the apartment. We appreciated that. The apartment is located in a very convenient area, close to all the we wanted to see. We highly recommend this property. Thank you.

Our stay was fantastic. This unit was perfect for our family of four. Vicky was very helpful and always checked in with us. We were close to shops, food and attractions and slept very comfortably. I would highly recommend staying here! We were very happy we chose this unit.

We are an Italian-Spanish couple with 2 children: a girl of one year old and a boy of 3 years old. We met in London in 2001 and lived there for a couple of years. We work for the pharmaceutical industry in Madrid and we come to Rome very often to see the Italian family.

Having a house in the heart of Rome was one of our dreams. However, as we only come here on holidays, we can rent it to tourists the rest of the days that is empty. It helps us to pay our mortage.

The first unique benefit is the location. Located in the heart of ancient Rome and walking distance to everywhere - traffic is very chaotic in Rome so avoiding cars and parking was a must. Also you can easily move with the metro and the train anywhere you need.
The second unique benefit is the way the apartment is: cozy, lovely and charming.
