Don't Worry Be Happy as you relax and have fun at this newly updated Luxury Villa that can serve as your home away from home! Villa boasts a private pool for those hot days and a fire pit for those cool nights. Amenity Center has kids water park, community pool, beach volleyball, mini golf & fitness center. Approximately 15 minutes from Disney World. Located in the exclusive Champions Gate community with grocery stores, restaurants & golf courses in close proximity. Paradise Grille is on-site at the Amenity Center. Outlet Mall is nearby too.

Great place with awesome amenities! Bigger than the pictures make it look. Community pool and gym were nice, even have a restaurant there with good food and reasonable drinks while you swim. Would recommend to anyone staying in the area, especially if you have small children

Excellent stay! The host was very hospitable and responsive throughout our visit. The house was exactly as advertised—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The pool was spotless, and the amenities were great, especially the community pool center. We especially appreciated the transparency with no hidden fees. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Lovely quiet place with lovely communal pool. Quality of area is exceptional with a great team of people looking after the grounds. The condo itself is of a high quality with all the facilities you need with ample towels for the pool etc. Condo is in great position for the parks and other local areas. Would stay again at the Happy Place .

Host messaged fast and met our needs when we ran into any problems. Master bedroom on the main floor was clean, besides the last guest baby diaper still on the floor. Carpets going upstairs and throughout the upstairs need deep clean, many stains on them so it didn’t feel like we were in a totally clean home. Community pool was great and so was the kid area. Message host and they will make sure to help make your stay better. They were quick in helping.

Great place for families

Between the game room, the splash pool, and the overall decor, everything was both in good shape and nicely decorated. Even with an issue with the AC, the owners and the management company were very responsive and were very generous in refunding for nights without air. We would recommend this place to any families looking to stay in the Orlando/Disney area!

Beautiful home

We loved staying here, my kids loved the pool and enjoyed being there so much. Only thing I would do different next time is I should have added the pool heat but us being from cold Wisconsin I didn’t think the water would be that cold but my kids enjoyed the pool every day regardless. Everything about the house was great. Can’t wait to be back!

A real true sunshine stay

This place was super clean and spacious for our entire family. Communication with the owner was a pleasure. We enjoyed cooking at home a few days. Had fun at the pool with the kids. Parking was too limited though if we left the house. But overall we all would love to come back again in the future.

Since there are no assigned parking spaces for each villa, if a guest comes in late at night, the spaces right in front of the villa may sometimes already be occupied by neighbors. But, guests usually have no problem still finding parking somewhere in the long open parking lot...even if it's a few doors down, or on the opposite side of the street. Happy to hear you otherwise enjoyed your stay at the villa! Thanks for following the House Rules and also securing the villa with the alarm when exiting the property! We would definitely host your family again.

Champions Gate Townhouse

My husband and I shared this townhouse with another couple for five weeks - Feb 1st - March 8th, 2025. It was great with two king master suites. We stayed on the main level and the other couple had the upstairs suite which gave us plenty of privacy. There were also two additional bedrooms and another bathroom upstairs. We had a couple minor concerns that were taken care of immediately. We choice to pay for the pool heat and was able to use it. The rooms were as pictured and any communications was easy and quick. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend.
