Villa boasts a private pool for those hot days and a fire pit for those cool nights. Amenity Center has kids water park, community pool, beach volleyball, mini golf & fitness center. Approximately 15 minutes from Disney World. Located in the exclusive Champions Gate community with grocery stores, restaurants & golf courses in close proximity. Paradise Grille is on-site at the Amenity Center. Outlet Mall is nearby too.

Lovely quiet place with lovely communal pool. Quality of area is exceptional with a great team of people looking after the grounds. The condo itself is of a high quality with all the facilities you need with ample towels for the pool etc. Condo is in great position for the parks and other local areas. Would stay again at the Happy Place .

Host messaged fast and met our needs when we ran into any problems. Master bedroom on the main floor was clean, besides the last guest baby diaper still on the floor. Carpets going upstairs and throughout the upstairs need deep clean, many stains on them so it didn’t feel like we were in a totally clean home. Community pool was great and so was the kid area. Message host and they will make sure to help make your stay better. They were quick in helping.

My family and I had a very enjoyable experience here. It was a beautiful home with a great location. The owners were also helpful and excellent with their communication.

It was okay but we did have to clean things up when we got there the outside deck was a mess and there was still dirt on the floors indoors. The beds in both master bedrooms were extremely uncomfortable as well as the pillows. We slept upstairs for the first few nights and couldn’t take it anymore waking up with such sore backs so went downstairs to the master bedroom and it wasn’t much better. The tvs in the 2 master bedrooms were also messed up not sure if the internet needed rebooted or the remotes needed new batteries but they weren’t working well at all. The one upstairs couldn’t get Netflix to work on it at all the one downstairs you had to keep clicking the bottoms several times for the tv to ever respond. The house was stocked well in some aspects but there was some things missing that should be a necessity like the bbq lighter, batteries for the remotes, some reusable washable containers would have been nice for left over food, some counter cleaner. Also the dryer didn’t work well at all had to dry clothes 3-4 times for it to ever be dry the front burner on the right side of the stove was broken as well wouldn’t get hot. Over all a nice house

Champions Gate Townhouse

My husband and I shared this townhouse with another couple for five weeks - Feb 1st - March 8th, 2025. It was great with two king master suites. We stayed on the main level and the other couple had the upstairs suite which gave us plenty of privacy. There were also two additional bedrooms and another bathroom upstairs. We had a couple minor concerns that were taken care of immediately. We choice to pay for the pool heat and was able to use it. The rooms were as pictured and any communications was easy and quick. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

Great location. Nice little gem.

Found this property just before giving up on my search, and what a pleasant surprise! Pros: The house was clean with a few basic amenities provided. It was at a great location being only minutes away from the Disney parks. Clean, quiet neighbourhood with a good amenity centre (when open) Cons: Few bits were loose like door knobs, towel hooks etc, but nothing earth shattering. Back yard entry cannot be locked, so anyone could walk in at any time (in our case an unexpected visit from the pool cleaners). I found this quite odd, and didn't feel comfortable leaving the kids in the pool for security reasons. Generally an enjoyable visit, with helpful, gracious hosts who made our stay very enjoyable. Special thanks for providing a bottle steriliser as we were travelling with an infant!

Home away from home :)

Nice, BUT

When stripping beds at end of stay discovered bed bugs which had been responsible for many bites throughout the week on one of the couples in our party. We are waiting to hear back from the host on this since it was an uncomfortable situation. Other than some other lesser problems (some pots/pans not clean, some trash left by prior guest, and questioned gas smell behind pool area) the stay was good. The rooms were as depicted, the pre-stay communication with host was good, the responsiveness of manager was good, the amenities at Enclaves were good.

Beautiful home

We loved staying here, my kids loved the pool and enjoyed being there so much. Only thing I would do different next time is I should have added the pool heat but us being from cold Wisconsin I didn’t think the water would be that cold but my kids enjoyed the pool every day regardless. Everything about the house was great. Can’t wait to be back!

Great place for families

Between the game room, the splash pool, and the overall decor, everything was both in good shape and nicely decorated. Even with an issue with the AC, the owners and the management company were very responsive and were very generous in refunding for nights without air. We would recommend this place to any families looking to stay in the Orlando/Disney area!

Fantastic Place

This Fantastic home is located less then 10 minutes to Disneyworld. Property is in a very quiet neighborhood. Owners provide plenty of towels, dishes and silverware for your stay. They even had the dine room table set up! Arcade machine and Xb0x with games are in upstairs game room. There is a nice pool to cool down in after hot Florida sun. Communication with owners was excellent, they quickly responded and took care of minor issues/questions i had. I would definitely stay again in the future. Thanks again for having us and for providing such a wonderful clean home to spend or week in.
