Ce condo parfait surplombe le Links Golf Course 16th Island Tee. Notre voiturette de golf vous amènera partout où vous devez vous rendre sur la propriété. Nous avons un accès rapide à 4 terrains de golf, la plage, le tennis et des restaurants fantastiques partout. Grand Boulevard, Baytown Marina et The Village ne sont qu'à quelques minutes. Venez profiter de cette escapade incroyable en famille ou tout simplement un moment romantique pour vous et votre bien-aimé.

Spring Break Getaway
Our trip here was nice. Check in was easy. Communication was great with Owner. It was clean and the location was good. A lot of steps to get into condo. When we arrived there was a sign on both patio door walls that stated “only 2 people allowed at a time”, which was super inconvenient considering what we paid for the week and we have a family of 5. We like to visit Florida to sit on the patio with family and enjoy the view and this wasn’t possible. If we knew this we wouldn’t have stayed at this location. The golf cart is beyond dated….Most of the time we didn’t even think we were going to make it to our destination within the resort. Back of golf cart is rusted beyond belief leaving a lot of concern for young kids to get cut getting in and out. Tires on golf cart are bald. Having a good golf cart here is important because it’s easy to use to get around the resort. Overall this was a nice place to stay, as long as they lift the 2 person restriction on patios and purchase a newer golf cart I would recommend this place!

Could have been better
We had never been to this area before and were curious. There are quite a few things to do in the area. It would have been helpful if we had a map and instructions about the golf cart and area. Had no idea where the golf cart was parked, or where we were allowed to drive. It’s a bit confusing. As for the property, they (the association) had painters doing all the decks. Wasn’t able to use them at all. Luckily we wanted to get on The road early bc they were there at 7 to paint the front steps! We would have been stuck! The owner apologized but it didn’t really help the situation. I understand that is on the association, but very inconvenient for us staying, even though it was a weekend! We had to ask them questions on the first day about when they would be finished and had to get them waters. That was fine, but not what we wanted to be doing for the first hour of arrival. Overall we had a nice time but expected a bit more. The bathrooms are way outdated too.

We love this condo. 2nd time renter.
We love this condo as this is was our 2nd time staying there. The host Paul is always easy to work with and communicates great. The condo is clean and has everything you need. The location is great and having use of the golf cart is fantastic. Fish right out the door in one of the ponds, watch the golfers, great to walk/run, easy ride on the golf cart to the beach or Baytownwarf. Location to the Destin area is great. Would highly recommend.

We were thrilled with this unit. The kitchen is all updated and beautiful, all was clean and the location and golf cart were perfect for us. Fridge has filtered water. :) We could take the 4 seater golf cart to Baytowne Wharf, Publix grocery store (I think the neighboring area was called Harbortown?), and through the cart path tunnel under 98 to the public beach. It gave us a lot of choices and options to do together and separately, including golf. Miramar Beach has actvities you can walk-up and rent, incl jet skis, parasailing, banana boats, etc. Hot dog vendor is best deal on the beach @ $6 for hot dog and $5 for some adult beverages, but they only take credit cards..no cash. Free water offered, but take your own cups. Larger new pool has a tiki bar, and looks out over the bay. Baytowne Wharf has many restaurants and activities for young kids. Publix sells EVERYTHING you could want or need, including prepared sandwiches and salads (restaurants are pricey), portable coolers, and beach toys. Convenient Location and quiet
We enjoyed our vacation here and glad we chose a place off the beach a little where it was quiet and no nonsense while trying to sleep. The golf cart made it easy to get to the beach in a few minutes although the front headlight was out which meant we had to leave before dusk. Everything you need, Publix etc all close by.

My family is extremely important to me. We were introduced to Sandestin 30 years ago. We came down in the winter to play golf and in the spring and summer to enjoy the beach. We have explored many different vacation destinations around Florida but we kept coming back here to Sandestin. My family simply loves it here and my friends are so happy when they come to play and we can simply breathe!

We found this property totally by accident. We had been looking at properties on the beachside of Sandestin. We asked friends, who were still here, to go and look at this property when we saw it for sale. I flew down right away when they said: "if you do not purchase this property.....we will!!"
