Grande unité au premier étage de la maison pilote

Ce condo au rez-de-chaussée est l'endroit idéal pour des vacances. Un lit king et deux reines avec un canapé-lit va dormir confortablement 8 personnes. Profitez d'une cuisine complÚte avec une kitchenette dans l'unité de studio.

Pilot House est situĂ© au cƓur de Sandestin, dans le magnifique village de Baytowne Wharf. Le village compte plus d'une douzaine de boutiques, de superbes boutiques et des restaurants dĂ©contractĂ©s et haut de gamme. Il y a toujours des Ă©vĂ©nements nocturnes dans les parties communes, notamment des concerts et des films sur la pelouse. Sandestin possĂšde 72 trous de golf, 14 courts de tennis, un spa Ă  service complet et de nombreuses activitĂ©s familiales. Baytowne offre un accĂšs aux plages du golfe et de Bayside. La plage est Ă  environ un mile de l’autre cĂŽtĂ© de l’autoroute 98.

We love Gina’s hidden gem on the ground floor Large deck for the kids to eat at patio and do games , and a lock out for more guests . We come often for all events we attended the lantern parade, fast access in and out being ground level is a bonus with kids

I really enjoyed my stay and the accommodations were excellent and everything was clean (with the exception of the ceiling fans). The location was very accessible to all the major attractions—especially Baytowne Wharf—which was within walking distance. In addition, the location was quiet and the parking facility was excellent.

Gina was very nice, the property was exactly as listed. Very nice, clean and comfortable. The location is great for family or couples. Gina was very responsive and the check in and check out was seamless. The next time we are going to Destin, we will definitely try to stay at Gina'a Pilot House property.

Perfect location

This was the perfect property for our family of 4. Clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The pool was beautiful with plenty of room to spread out. We loved that we could just walk out the door to all the restaurants and activities at the Wharf. While the tram is available we took our car to the beach bc is was so close and easy. I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay in Sandestin.

Large condo with comfy couches, chairs and beds. Communication with Gina was great. Location was perfect and its so nice to have the shuttle. Kitchen stocked with everhthing you would need to cook. Was a great stay and would stay again for sure!

Family Fishing Trip for the Guys

Perfect accommodations for our annual fishing trip and we will be back! The location was in walking distance to restaurants and stores yet we had plenty of quiet and privacy. Our host was excellent and responded above and beyond and even offered early check in and late check out. Can’t say enough good things about this stay!

My family and friends love the Destin and Miramar Beach area. It's a great place for families or special events.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

It is wonderful to be able to walk to restaurants, shopping and much more and not have to worry about traffic or parking. Also having a ground floor unit allows you to walk right into the building from the parking garage and not have to take an elevator.
