545 Augusta Drive is beautifully updated and features an open concept floor plan. The gourmet kitchen overlooks the living area and has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a floating island and updated cabinetry. Guests will enjoy an under-cabinet ice maker, a Keurig coffee maker and all the dinnerware and cookware needed to prepare a delicious meal for family and friends. With seating for 4 at the kitchen island and seating for 6 at the dining table, there is room for everyone to enjoy!

Designed with relaxation in mind, the cozy living area offers plush furnishings and an oversized Smart TV. From the living area, sliding glass doors lead to a screened porch with cozy seating. There is a private patio with an outdoor furniture, a gas grill, and an outdoor shower.

The spacious primary bedroom features a luxurious king bed, a large Smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity and an oversized walk-in shower. The second bedroom also features a king bed, a Smart TV and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The “bunk room” offers (2) twin beds, (2) full beds and a Smart TV. The “bunk room” bathroom features a walk-in shower and is accessible to the hallway. With a full-size washer and dryer, complimentary high speed WIFI and parking for 3 vehicles, convenience is key at 545 Augusta Village Drive.

CANCELLATION: Reservations booked through VRBO-HomeAway that are cancelled more than 60 days prior to the arrival date will receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 46-59 days prior to arrival will receive a refund less the $250 cancellation fee. Reservations cancelled less than 45 days prior to arrival will receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance.
