Northwestern Alumni, Disney + Fans, Neflix Aficionado, Parents, Corporate Travellers, and Evanston Adventure Seekers !! Cette propriĂ©tĂ© consiste Ă  se rĂ©unir. Outre le fait que l'emplacement n'est qu'Ă  800 mĂštres du centre-ville d'Evanston, Ă  1,6 km du front de mer du lac Michigan, Ă  800 mĂštres du CTA / Metra et Ă  15 minutes en train de Windy City, cet appartement a tout pour plaire. Tout dans cet appartement est tout neuf et prĂȘt Ă  ĂȘtre cambriolĂ©. QuantitĂ© ridicule d'Ă©quipements, avec des appareils domestiques intelligents. Condo efficace et spacieux de 985 pieds carrĂ©s avec 2 chambres et 1 salle de bain est situĂ© au cƓur du centre-ville d'Evanston. Les restaurants, les cafĂ©s et les magasins ne dĂ©passent pas 0,5 mille. Et si vous ĂȘtes en ville pour voir votre enfant diplĂŽmĂ© de NU, vous pouvez abandonner la voiture pour 10 minutes Ă  pied. The description of unit was accurate but not complete. The kitchen was under supplied (example-advertised that it slept 5 but only 3 coffee mugs, glassware, etc. Unit was clean but a little "tired." Furniture, (large blue sofa sectional with ample comfort seating that was shown in vbro description) was changed. Newer sofa couldn't seat 5 and was very uncomfortable for tv viewing. There were only 3 of us sleeping there, but when added guest visitor came, we couldn't comfortably all sit together. No other seating except for barstools. Building was nice, parking easy accessibility (given incorrect code on arrival so after many attempts and drive arounds, we had to call property management before entry) and location good. If you are planning to spend social gathering time in unit with more than 3 adults, it wouldn't be my first choice again.

Evanston Gem!

Stayed here with my husband and mother while visiting family. The space was perfect! Plenty of room for the three of us, yet enough private space with the two bedrooms. The unit was well appointed, clean, and comfortable. Would stay again.

Long weekend

This was such a great spot! Great location and clean! The bonus was the parking spot under the building on those freezing days! We have already recommended this condo to family in the area and would stay here again next time we are there!

Clean, safe apartment in fantastic location in Evanston

This apartment was just as advertised. It is clean, safe, and comfortable with all desired amenities. Check-in and out were easy and straightforward. The host is very responsive and welcoming. The location couldn’t be better in terms of convenience to restaurants, trains, Northwestern University, etc. would definitely stay again!

Amazing

This was so easy! The directions to parking and entering the building were spot on. It is a wonderful location with restaurants and shopping in walking distance. My only issue and this would be a matter of opinion. The master bed and the couch were terribly uncomfortable. My kids even complained about the couch. Overall we had a great time and place was excellent!

Comfort and luxury in the sky.

We enjoyed watching the sunsets from this well-appointed and conveniently located property. Within walking distance to restaurants, shops, and the Metro and el trains, visitors to the North Shore or Chicago can't go wrong. The property manager, Michelle, was accessible and friendly. She answered our questions prior to our arrival and checked in with us periodically to assure our stay was perfect. It was!!!
