Evanston stay

We spent a week in Evanston and had a wonderful time. Very clean and quiet place to stay. Would highly recommend a stay here. Very close to downtown, great location.

Great property in Evanston

Welcoming 2 bd 2 ba duplex in super location. We stayed here once before for 10 days and loved it, so we came back when we were visiting the grandkids again. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place for kids

I took my kids on a quick 3/4 day vacation to Chicago. We all loved the apartment—it was clean and there was a backyard for the kids to hang out in. It was close to downtown Evanston too, which meant close proximity to many great restaurants.

Wonderful getaway for Mom and Adult Daughters

My sister and I brought our Mom here for a long weekend of shopping (new Wayfair store) and relaxation for her birthday. Great location and great house. Clean, safe neighborhood and great deck off the back. Super fun weekend. I would recommend this location.

Great apartment, great location

This apartment is spacious, clean, recently-renovated and quite nicely decorated. It's on a quiet street with plenty of parking. Check-in was smooth, and the host is friendly and communicative. We'll definitely be back.

The Harvey House provides everything you might need. It is well kept. Kitchen is well labeled. The host is very friendly and quick to respond to messages. Will definitely stay here again.

Fantastic Property!

The apartment is great! It is really well-appointed, comfortable, cute, and extremely clean. It is also super-convenient to get in and out of Chicago. Evanston itself is charming with lots of convenient shopping. The host was responsive and flexible. Highly recommend!

Nice neighborhood. Quiet. Parking close was never a problem. We joined my sister and her husband there. She got the bedroom with bath included. The living room, with sofa bed, had a door so our 29 year eldest daughter could sleep..basically making it a third bedroom. My wife and I stayed in the other bedroom. We shared the main bathroom with our daughter. There were plenty of pillows and blankets. We felt like the hosts had thought of everything.Fridge is large,with ice and water in door. Nice! And we could do laundry towards the last day of trip so we didn't have to lug dirty clothes home. We were there 5 nights. Twice we walked to a Starbucks for am coffee. The other times we drove over to Backlot or Hewn(both on Central Ave) for morning. There are plenty of places to eat in town. Union Squared has great pizza and there is a Gelato place a couple doors down from the pizza. We used this location because our youngest daughter lives nearby(she couldn't host us all). There's of the days we ventured into Chicago. Field Museum is amazing. Chinatown was interesting. The Mag Mile is a must for first timers(my sister)My brother in law couldn't believed the many beautiful parks,the number of trees,and how non crowded Chicago and Evanston are.

It was great. The location was perfect for doing what we needed to do and it was convenient and quiet. I liked the charm of the place from the large living room to the nice kitchen. It was relaxing and I would definitely stay there again.

Thanksgiving HQ

We spent a great week in the Harvey House over Thanksgiving. Quiet residential neighborhood but very close to stores etc The apartment was very clean and tastefully furnished, kitchen well equipped for meals! We hope to return some day!

Perfect, dog-friendly apartment in a great location

We loved this gorgeous two flat for our stay in the Chicago area. We needed a place that was dog-friendly and close to Northwestern and this was spot on. Our dogs loved the fenced backyard and I loved that I could relax and enjoy the space with my dogs. Lots of nice little touches in this place and we felt right at home. I will definitely book again for a long stay in Chicago.
