The apartment is just as it appears in the photos. It is a great location--close to restaurants, shops and the train. The area is safe and lovely.

Wonderful Stay

Everything about this property was beautiful. It had everyone was comfortable and had a great time. We had everything we needed and stores/restaurants were close by. The only thing we had trouble with was getting the TV to play sound in the bedroom. But that was too big of a deal. Thank you and we will use property again if we return to Chicago.

Good location Host very responsive Walk to EverythingUnit has a king bed in one room and a queen bed in the other room. The host was incredibly responsive before during and after our stay. Our only issue was lack of access to local tv channels and sports channels. The host was upfront you need your own streaming service but even though we tried two different streaming services we weren't able to watch tv in the main living area.

We stayed here so that my son could tour Northwestern. The University is an easy, nice 20 minute walk, and the unit is really nice.

Always Great!

We stayed in this unit before and were pleased everything was still as nice and clean during this trip. We will definitely stay again. The location and convenience of the parking garage make this perfect for visiting our Northwestern student. I’d love to know what they clean with because it always smells fresh!The sunlight and views are also key features of the property. Thanks again!

Family Chicago Vacation

We came to town to watch a Cubs -Reds game and there was a three hour rain delay. Even though the game was a bit of a let down , our stay here was anything but! The apartment and the surrounding neighborhood are beautifully kept and welcoming, a perfect stay for my family and I.

Wonderful

We loved the open floor plan, stylish decor, scenic views, and comfortable beds/furniture. The kitchen had everything we needed plus more. We enjoyed the massage chair in the master bedroom, the first floor fitness room, the security of the building, and the quiet at nights. The property manager was prompt and thorough in responding to questions. Highly recommended!

Milton Run Away

The family attended a wedding in Cleveland the weekend before Milton’s landfall. We are from Tampa and our 2nd oldest daughter attends Northwestern. We decided not to fly back to Tampa and searched for an evacuation place near Evanston. This place was a GEM!Perdect size, location and price for the family’.

Very communicative

Owner was very quick to get back to us and supported our needs. We needed easy access to Northwestern business school which is on the water and not close to much! So we ubered everywhere. Overall very good experience.
