Short and sweet

My sister and I arrived following a 17 hour travel day fraught with weather delays and diversions. The building was well lit, effortless to get in to. The property was more beautiful than the pictures. Floor to ceiling windows, great view. We were sorry we had only two nights, would love to stay longer next time. The property manager was very responsive! The nicest VRBO yet!!!

Perfect apartment!

We needed an apartment since my daughter and I traveled from Boston with a 6-month-old. The VRBO was just perfect in every way. The property manager was super helpful, and the communication was clear and concise. The apartment had everything we needed. We can't wait to stay in the Hope of Evanston again!

Great Location and Nice Floorplan

This was our second stay in this luxury apartment. Very clean and walking distance to downtown Evanston. We’ll stay again next year when we return. Easy check in and good communication. I enjoyed the fitness center which has a variety of aerobic and weight lifting equipment.

Couldn’t be better

The property is beautiful, clean, warm and welcoming. Great location. Convenient, secure parking. Could not have been better. This will be our go to for accommodations when we are in Chicago.

The apartment is clean and nicely furnished the building is beautiful. Did not have time to use any of the facilities.The view from the apartment was amazing. Close to everything that we needed. Communication with the owner was amazing. Definitely would stay again. Highly recommend!

Hope of Evanston stay

Husband and I had 4 very pleasant days staying here visiting family. The condo is quite lovely, light and bright, high end finishes and in an easy location to walk to restaurants etc. Would definitely stay here again

Had a family gathering for a baby shower. Was great location for getting to downtown Evanston as well as to family home for baby shower!

Excellent location and exactly as pictured

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful VRBO property! The location was perfect, just a short walk from Northwestern Univ and downtown Evanston. The apartment was immaculate, with all the amenities we could have asked for. The host was incredibly responsive, making check-in a breeze. We especially loved the parking space on premise. This was the perfect getaway, and we can’t wait to return! Highly recommended.

Awesome Evanston Retreat

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay Hope of Evanston. Easy walking distance to campus, shops, restaurants and the beach. The app provided by the owners had all the information that we needed for our stay. The apartment itself was bright and very clean, We will definitely stay here again if we find ourselves back in Evanston. Thank you!

Updated Clean Condo with Great Location

Very clean condo with updated decor within walking distance of downtown Evanston. Plenty of space in the open kitchen, dining and living room for entertaining another couple for dinner. The living room television had a nice large screen, but had trouble with the internet reception for channels. However, this wasn’t a necessity for us since we weren’t in Evanston to watch television. Host was quick to respond to questions. We’ll stay here again.

Quality Condo

We stayed for a family gathering and were very pleased with this lovely property. Cozy, comfortable, clean, great views, we will recommend it. It even had coffee with sugar and creamer ready to go! Condo is well equiped and had everything we needed. Close to downtown Evanston, you can walk to great restaurants, bars, movies, etc (if it's not too cold)!
