Maison vignoble classique près de Vineyard Haven avec accès à la plage privée

La maison se trouve au sein de la communauté Mink Meadows Golf sur un terrain boisé de 2 acres où une courte promenade de 6 minutes vous amène à 3000 pieds de plage privée de l'Association.
La plage est très spéciale avec une magnifique zone protégée de sable peu profonde entre les deux jetées, particulièrement bien adaptée aux petits enfants; juste à côté de la magnifique plage sur le Sound. Deux kayaks simples pour adultes, deux vélos pour adultes, des chaises longues et des parasols, un masque et des palmes et d'autres accessoires de plage sont disponibles.
Mink Meadows est situé près de West Chop Woods et à environ 3 km du centre de Vineyard Haven.
Il dispose de trois chambres, chacune avec une salle de bain complète privée. Ces chambres, ainsi que le canapé-lit de la chambre familiale, peuvent accueillir 8 personnes (1 lit queen, 4 lits jumeaux). De plus, il y a une douche extérieure.
La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec une plaque de cuisson à quatre brûleurs, un four, un four micro-ondes, un réfrigérateur, un lave-vaisselle, un mini réfrigérateur à vin et une cafetière; à côté de la cuisine est une laveuse et une sécheuse.
Le salon est à aire ouverte avec des sièges pour six sur des canapés / chaises devant la cheminée, et une grande table pour six devant la baie vitrée avec vue sur le son.
La chambre familiale dispose d'une télévision connectée avec de nombreux sièges fournis par un grand canapé sectionnel et un fauteuil poire.
Le patio extérieur offre une vue modeste sur l'eau où vous pourrez vous détendre et regarder les ferries traverser le Vineyard Sound. Sur le patio, vous trouverez une table pour six personnes, des sièges supplémentaires pour quatre, un barbecue à gaz Weber et un foyer.
Deux chaises Adirondack offrent des sièges dans le jardin arrière.
La propriété accueille un parking pour quatre véhicules.

Gorgeous, Serene Setting Near Fabulous Creek

We had a fantastic time staying at this gracious home. I've never stayed at a home this well organized and maintained! We loved the proximity to a beautiful creek and inlet that opens into the ocean and a private beach. My favorite day was quietly kayaking around a pond while my kids splashed, fished and built sandcastles in the inlet -- perfect for young children. We spent all day there! On another day, we went to the second private beach in Aquinnah and marveled at the surf and the cliffs and dunes. These two beaches really showcase the best of Martha's Vineyard. We had a wonderful week and highly recommend this home.

Matt is an excellent host, both incredibly responsive and super helpful. The location is beautiful and the access to two private beaches is amazing. The house is spacious and very comfortable. We all had a great time and loved the experience.

Where are the extra stars when you need them?

Over the course of our two weeks in this home, we came to love its organization, the communication with the owner and the extent to which the property had everything imaginable for whatever may come up. Everything that we might want for the beach - there. Everything that we wanted for cooking - there. Need to print a document? There. Our hosts Matt and Lisa put a lot of care into making everything convenient. Even the House Book - which I rarely read, was engaging. The layout of the house was great for our three generation family. The view of the back yard crowned by the occasional ferry passing by was captivating. When we left the comfort of home, we had two choices of beautiful beaches for which we had parking rights. The heating/cooling zones were convenient for those of us who are not thermal twins. Should our future vacations put us in the area, we will definitely try to get our time at this property. Thank you Matt and Lisa

Perfect.

We absolutely loved this home. It was spacious, peaceful, and was spotless when we arrived. The owners are thoughtful and attentive. The house was stacked with all we needed and more. Inside, the air conditioning kept up with with the unusually warm weather. When temps dipped at night the fire pit was perfect. Our group had plenty of room for large sit down dinners and late night outdoor relaxing. The access to private beaches allowed us valuable flexibility with our days. It was simply perfect. Perfect Stay in Mink Meadows!

This is one of our favorite places to stay, for so many reasons: excellent location; friendly and responsive owners; spacious house; fabulous amenities (especially the keyed access to private beaches, kayaks, beach float toys, chairs, etc.); cheerful sun/TV room; beautiful grounds; comfortable, new bed in the master bedroom; and view of the water in the distance (to see the ferries come and go). It's private and peaceful, but close to Vineyard Haven and various activities. Highly recommended!

Mink Meadows Vacation

There were seven of us on this vacation: four adults and three children. Everyone had a great time. The children enjoyed the beach, the TV, and games. Especially enjoyed one day at Aquinnah Beach and Menempsha sunset. Son-in-law enjoyed using your fishing gear, fishing off the jetty or out in a kayak. Only caught fish one day when out in the kayak....need to know your secret fishing spots! We ate most of our meals at the house due to COVID and kitchen and grill worked perfectly. The location is very convenient, being able to walk to the beach or ride bicycles into town. The house and shed contained everything you could possibly need for a great vacation. Only suggestion is for some free standing towel racks for the bathrooms or possibly more fixed towel racks.

Great family vacation

We had a wonderful time, the house was perfect and the location was awesome. We had access to two private beaches which was priceless, the owners Matt and Lisa were wonderful and informative and always available via text to answer any questions.! Fabulous Stay in Mink Meadows

We had a wonderful time, and recommend this property highly. It’s in a great location, with exceptional amenities (including access to two keyed beaches, bikes, and kayaks). The owners have carefully thought out how to make guests’ stays comfortable and go smoothly, and they are gracious hosts, responsive, and well-organized. I wished we could have stayed longer, five stars all around!

Outstanding week on Martha’s Vineyard.

The house was large and comfortable for our family of five. Top quality sheets and towels. High end kitchen utensils made meal prep fun and easy. The short walk to the private beach was perfect. My granddaughter thoroughly enjoyed playing in the water between the jetties. The access to the spectacular beach at Aquinah was the icing on the cake. All in all, we had a wonderful week at a beautiful home one the fabulous Vineyard.

Lovely home in a PERFECTLY lovely setting!

This is a wonderful home in a picture-perfect setting. An easy walk (or bike or car ride) to the Long Island Sound beach which is private and mostly empty when we were there. There is also access to a private ocean beach in Aquinnah (30-minutes away) which is breathtakingly beautiful. We didn’t actually swim/sun-bathe there but we would have if we had more time in the island. Quite a perk! The house is also 1.5 miles from the charming village of Vineyard Haven which has an array of shops, restaurants and cafes to please everyone. The house itself is wonderfully spacious and equipped for everything one needs for a beach vacation. Plenty of towels (beach and bath), beach chairs in great condition, umbrellas, kayaks, brand new bikes and a kitchen with lots of tools, dish/glass-ware and space. The paneled living room is super comfortable and cozy and there is a separate den for TV watching which really suits large groups. The layout also works for different wake times as the two twin bedded rooms are on one end of the house and the master bedroom is off the den so when people rise early in the morning, they do not necessarily have to worry about waking others. All in all, this is a great house and if we ever come to MV again, we would not hesitate to stay here again!

Beautiful home and amazing hosts!

My friends and I had the most amazing time at this house. The location is ideal, and the beach access is incredible. We loved having access to both the beach within walking distance and the Aquinnah beach for an adventure. The house itself is spacious and comfortable, perfect for a group or family, with a lovely patio and view of the water. The beach equipment, toys and towels provided are a huge bonus! Matt and Lisa were some of the best hosts I have had. They were responsive and provided us with all of the information we could need to make the most out of our stay. We were very sad to leave and hope to return soon. Highly recommend this property!

We loved everything about our stay at this beautiful property! The keys to the two beautiful beaches were such an awesome perk. The mink meadows beach is perfect for little ones and the beach in Aquinnah is breathtaking. Matt and Lisa have thought of everything and they are so gracious and responsive. Wonderful, relaxing place- I would love to return every year!

Lisa and Matt's home is spacious, comfortable, and clean. It's in a very nicely secluded and quiet location- no traffic to be heard, just the sounds of nature. The kitchen is nicely stocked with all the basics we needed for making dinners at home, including a good amount of spices and condiments. We loved the outdoor shower! Best perk of all is the access to private beaches, which made our time in Martha's Vineyard so extra memorable. We cooked dinner right on the beach one evening while watching the sunset, and spent several afternoons on the ocean side beach which boasts such clear water and clean sand- paradise! Their house also is well stocked with beach chairs, kid beach toys, umbrellas, towels, a beach tent- all things that made our visit so comfortable and fun. They were very helpful and responsive to all our questions. It felt like we were borrowing a home from caring family members! The only slight "negative" was that the house doesn't have air conditioning, which probably is rarely needed. Our nights happened to be fairly warm and humid, so we cranked up all the provided floor fans (which did the trick just fine!). Honestly, I like natural air better than AC but with a bit of sunburn and humidity it was a bit warm sometimes. Thank you, Lisa and Matt- we really do hope we can come back again next summer!

Amazing Property and Owners

The property and overall experience was nothing short of amazing. From the very beginning, Matt and Lisa were the perfect owners, the communication was timely, with every single question answered in a short amount of time. The house is terrific and the description online is very accurate. We've stayed in the Vineyard multiple summers and this is the best-equipped house we've rented. Towels, bedding, dishrags, bikes, kayaks, were all available and very clean. The house is located in a beautiful part of Vineyard Heaven (West Chop) with amazing outdoor space and proximity to the beach. The access to the Mink Meadows private association beach was one of the highlights of our stay, specially for the kids. It's perfectly located and it's a short walking distance from the house (you can also drive and park within steps from the beach). I have nothing but the best to say about the owners, Matt and Lisa. They were considerate and checking in periodically to make sure we were enjoying the house and having a good time. We're already looking forward to being back soon!

Perfect family getaway

This house is in a perfect location and was more than spacious for our family of five, however we spent most of our time out on the beautiful secluded deck/patio, enjoying the views of the water, the barbecue dinners, evening fires in the fire pit, restful naps on the hammock, and morning coffees on the Adirondack chairs. The owners, Matt and Lisa, have stocked the house with everything and anything you could possibly need, including beach towels, sunscreen, bug spray, First aid supplies for a minor cuts and scrapes, and every kitchen utensil you could possibly need for any item on the menu. They even provide access to a well-stocked shed where we found some needed tools to fix some minor problems with the bikes we brought from home. Our only complaint was that our vacation was too short. Next time we will reserve the place for longer! Thanks Matt and Lisa!

Enchanting Escape

This Martha’s Vineyard home is an absolute gem. Our group of four were in awe of the charming accommodations and beautiful backyard view of the water. We took advantage of the community-owned private beaches and spent our evenings watching the sunset at the Bay beach. Check-in was seamless and the home was fully equipped with everything we needed. The outdoor shower was a treat. We can’t wait to come back and enjoy the lovely home Matt and Lisa have made.
