This property is so much nicer than the pictures show! We were greeted amazingly, and able to get in a little earlier, which was great since we were already in town! Upon arrival we were so pleasantly surprised with the fresh flowers, and music in every room! I highly recommend Michael and this charming home for any Santa Barbara visit. My husband and I were there with our adult children, and were super comfortable, and we will be back!

Absolutely incredible stay—this home is a masterclass in hospitality! We hosted a group of 8 women, and this gorgeous, quaint property truly felt like a home away from home. The house was spotless, and the stunning Victorian decor and high-end finishes gave it an incredibly charming, unique character.The layout accommodated our large group perfectly, offering ample space for entertaining. As a group that loves to gather around food, we were blown away by the fully stocked kitchen. It featured high-end appliances, a complete collection of seasonings and cooking amenities, and a massive tea and coffee selection that made our mornings extra special.The location couldn't be better. We were within easy walking distance to State Street, fantastic local eateries, vibrant bars, and the beach.What truly sets this property apart, though, is the host, Michael. He is extremely attentive, helpful, and goes above and beyond. Before we even arrived, he offered to pick up groceries for us. When we walked through the door, we were greeted by an exceptional music playlist already playing and glasses chilled ready in the freezer. He even went out of his way to secure an extra table and chairs just to accommodate our mandatory mahjong game time! Michael also provided a fantastic list of local recommendations for dining and activities that made planning our trip seamless.We cannot recommend this place highly enough and absolutely cannot wait to go back! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The home was beautiful and sparkling clean. Beds were comfy, as was the living room furniture. We enjoyed the covered front porch even in the rain (rare for Santa Barbara!). The kitchen was thoughtfully stocked with coffee and tea and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect place to stay!

We went to celebrate my birthday, 3 couples. The house was convenient to everything- shops, restaurants, beach. The house itself was immaculate and plenty of space for 6 adults. The communication with our host was excellent, he made everything very easy. If we make it back to Santa Barbara we will definitely stay here again.

We loved this house! Top of the line everything! Fully stocked-coffee, tea, creamer, etc. Beds were wonderful. Walkable to so many fun things to do! Only bad thing was that we could only stay one night. We will definitely come back to this house

Great location and beautifully furnished!

I’ve been to Santa Barbara several times and stayed in many VRBOs. This property was the best furnished of all! Four Seasons quality bedding, towels, and appliances. One block to State St makes it an easy walk to all the restaurants and attractions. We could not have been more pleased!
