Great location by the beach!

Cute upstairs unit in a triplex conveniently located across the street at West Beach and surrounded by the Hotel Milo. Beds were very comfortable and unit was nicely appointed. Loved the balcony with the peek-a-boo view of the harbor.

Santa Barbra

Property was so clean and cute, perfect for a small family or a couple of friends. Just steps away from the beach and downtown Santa Barbra. Would highly recommend and would stay there again.

Great place if you’re looking to walk to the beach and restaurants/bars. Very comfortable amount of space outside of the bedrooms. Parking space is in a private garage, which is something I hadn’t seen before, very convenient and safe. Would stay again!

Really enjoyed our time at this west beach location. Comfortable, well equipped and bright residence. We also enjoyed the convenience of the location and the garage for parking and our bikes. We’d stay again.

Great stay in West Beach!

We had a great stay in The Lookout. Everything was clean and as advertised. Very convenient location and it was good to have a garage to park our rental car. Hope to stay here again on our next trip to Santa Barbara!

We loved staying here! It’s in a great location, close to the beach and wharf. The space was clean and updated, beds were comfortable, and the place has everything we needed for a great stay. It’s a wonderful find!

The Lookout is a great location

Three adults thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Lookout. Very clean, with a well appointed kitchen. Great location to all that Santa Barbara has to offer. Mandy was wonderful to work with.

Week in Santa Barbara

This is a great property in a great location. The upstairs apartment is lovely with a well stocked kitchen and great beds. We highly recommend.
