Cette suite avec balcon au 3ème étage Plus a tout ce que vous voulez et plus encore. Un excellent emplacement au 3ème étage, ce condo a une belle vue sur l'océan. Il y a un lit queen escamotable, un canapé en cuir et une immense télévision à écran plat de 40 "dans le salon. La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec un lave-vaisselle et une cuisinière à 4 feux avec four en verre. De nombreuses améliorations sont visibles, d'une table en verre aux comptoirs en granit. La salle de bain est unique en son genre, toutes carrelées et avec une douche à l'italienne. Le condo est également carrelé partout, même dans la chambre où le lit King amélioré et la télévision à écran plat de 40 ". Ce condo est un favori parmi les invités, il pourrait aussi être votre préféré! LES ANIMAUX DE COMPAGNIE NE SONT PAS AUTORISES

Amazing getaway

We rented the condo for the weekend to celebrate my Daughter’s 13th birthday. Everything was clean and just as described. The view from the balcony was breathtaking and the staff was so nice and helpful. If you are considering staying somewhere I would definitely recommend this place. We have nothing but happy memories, zero complaints!

The sliding door was very hard to open but they came right away and fixed it. Couldn't get air conditioner to work but they came right away and fixed that too. Staff were all helpful and friendly.

Rental 322 is centrally located on the property and has a terrific view of the sunrise and ocean. The property and rental were clean. The pic makes the living room look larger than what it is (no coffee table), but plenty of room when the murphy bed was not being used. There were 4 of us in the room. Both beds and the couch were very comfortable, as were the chairs on the balcony. Shower was roomy with good water pressure. The property is in a nice location so it's quiet, but not too far from restaurants and shopping.

Everything was fantastic except for the television situation, but I didn't rent a place on the ocean to watch television. Loved it and hope to return soon.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We moved into unit 322 from the unit we had actually booked due to construction. I'll list the positives: dishwasher- one of the few units with one which was great, faux leather furniture so you know it didn't absorb any wetness, comfortable mattress and linens, comfortable outdoor furniture which not all units have, and a great view. As always Beachers Lodge is kept very clean by the management company. However, this unit had a lot of flaws. Had not been maintained recently: water stains on the ceiling, mildew smell in the bathroom that I believe was coming from a medicine cabinet that was permeable wood and the vanity. Microwave although nice was not mounted properly was at a tilt. Baseboards were coming off the floor wall in many spots as well as the door jamb trim. The stay was great as always because we were in one of our favorite spots but this particular unit needs some help.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was in need of a little TLC. Several dirty spots on walls. Paint peeling off the walls and trim. The TV in the master bedroom would not connect to the cable, conduit hanging off the walls, The TV cables were just left to hang down under the TV. The only areas that have been improved lately were the kitchen area and the fixtures in the bathrooms. The furniture has definately seen better days and the master bed funrniture was too big for the room and dated. Lastly the floor had not been cleaned recently. It was very "gritty" from sand.The property itself has VERY steep hills to climb after parking your vehicle. very few handicapped spaces and the walk to the first level was difficult for handicapped visitors.

Thank you for sharing your insights with us. The busy summer season does take its toll on room walls with scuffs and marks. It can be difficult to get in rooms during the summer season to do cosmetic touch ups due to high occupancy. The condo association did have our parking lot restriped 3 years ago and added additional handicapped parking spots than we had in previous years. We also have ramps on both ends of the property so guests with mobility issues won't have to use stairs to access the elevator. There will be a lot of freshening up taking place during our closure in September due to a property construction project. We hope that you will come stay with us again in the future.

The location is amazing on the best beach in Florida and management and housekeeping are marvelous. The rooms are spotless and staff like family.

Noisy AC

Reviewer Comments: The total experience from checking in at the Lobby which was exceptional and always there to assist to the room, balcony, pool and beach walks was fabulous. The only negative was the AC units were very loud and noisy which resulted in no sleep. We even tried the Murphy bed but the unit was still too loud in the living room too! Too tired to go back to work after traveling back home! Restless in Florida. 😞
