If you are looking for a vibrant 2nd floor Balcony Suite Plus, close to the elevator access, then look no further. This lovely king suite has a queen sleeper sofa and a large 37" flat screen TV in the living room or a nice 26" Flat Screen TV in the bedroom. This condo has the full kitchen and a lovely kitchen table. The bathroom has a new walk in shower. The private bedroom has the comfortable King size bed. If you are looking for some Florida warmth, you'll find it here. SMALL PETS ARE ALLOWED. TWO PETS MAX. $75 PER PET. NON-REFUNDABLE.

The air conditioner kept going off and on all night. We tried every setting and it just wouldn’t stop going off and on. We left the first night, we were supposed to stay for two. I do not recommend this place if you want to get a restful night.

The Beach vie was somewhat obstructed by a large mound, but otherwise ok. The Bed is located next to the outside walkway and is noisy. The Condo is in need of upgraded couch; very uncomfortable and AC unit is coming off wall and outdated. The lampshades are worn and/or broken shades. The bathroom wall decor and drywall are in need of repair and hole in ceiling needs attention.The Condo was clean upon arrival. No dishwasher.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everyone at Beacher’s Lodge was friendly and professional. We had a great view from the 2nd floor balcony condo. We had our small dog with us. Unfortunately, she did not like the small doggie walk area due to the artificial turf. ☹️
