A fantastic stay! Communication with Monica was excellent, and the place was spotlessly clean and exactly as pictured. The location is perfect for exploring Rome and enjoying great restaurants within walking distance of the VRBO. Incredible value for the price—we'd definitely stay again.

Monica was a lovely host & responsive to all our needs! Having a private pick up from the airport a really nice touch. The neighborhood is great, we loved having drinks @ Harry’s Bar across from the old wall was one of our favorite evenings. Also the restaurant a few doors up on Via Toscano was excellent. We highly recommend this rental!!!

Great apartment, in a convenient and quiet location. Layout of apartment might not suit everyone as one bedroom and a bathroom are accessed via a bedroom (you have to walk through). Monica stocked up bathroom supplies when asked. Kitchen ok for breakfast preparation, but not for general cooking.

The building is secure and there is a doorman. The neighbors are friendly and the building is very clean. The condo is spotless and comfortable. There are good places to eat within a block of the condo.We will stay here again. Monica was great and a wonderful host!

Clean apartment, good walking distance to many major sites in Rome. Host was helpful. We had our kids with us and it fit us all. Just a heads up there are some fragile items in the apartment if your kids tend to run around a lot they’ll need to watch out for glass tabletops.

We arrived 6-7 hours late because of washed out roads near my mom’s birthplace in Fraine, Italy. The hosts arranged to check us in online and open the doors remotely. The apartment is beautiful and worked well with 4 adults and 3 kids. It is centrally located and we were able to get to Pompei, Capri, Sorrento and Naples by walking 10 mins to the train station. No need for a car. Our hosts answered every question/concern promptly and could not have been any more gracious. We LOVED our visit!!

The apartment is in a great location: a quiet area that is still very central, with a good choice of restaurants within walking distance. The apartment itself was clean, the Wi-Fi worked well throughout our stay, and communication with the host was excellent, with fast and helpful responses.There were, however, a few areas where the property did not fully match our expectations based on the VRBO listing. The advertised checkout time was 11:00am, but we were asked to leave by 10:00am but eventually compromised on 10:30am. Our flight was not until 3pm. The listing also stated that a washing machine was available, but we were told we were not permitted to use it. There was a note stating that a 35 charge would be applied if extra towels were required. The layout of the kitchen was quite unusual with several safety hazards (e.g., exposed corner of boiler housing at head height, glass tabletop liable to tip) and, combined with limited equipment, made it difficult to prepare and eat meals in the apartment, particularly for a larger group or family. Several electrical sockets in the bedrooms were also not working during our stay.The apartment is advertised as having three bedrooms, but two of the bedrooms are interconnected, meaning guests need to walk through one bedroom to access another part of the apartment, including the en-suite bathroom. This may not suit all groups and is worth being aware of when booking.

Hi Brian, thanks for the review. Checkout is at 10:30, as written. I had a guest who needed to drop off their bags, but you checked out at 10:50, so as you requested, I found you a place to leave the bags until 3:00. You first said yes, then no. I removed the washing machine from the listing even though it says in the house that you only want to use it according to my instructions because it's the third one I've bought. The second linen change for all the apartments is paid for. The kitchen is large and has everything you need. The boiler is high up, but there's a corner guard for anyone over 1 meter tall, which I'll point out at checkout. The description of the apartment is as shown in the photos and description. At checkout, I found poop on the sheet, and luckily I have the mattress covers that I had to wash. It doesn't look like there were any children. I'm not disrespectful, I should have given you a 1 for the condition. The only thing that doesn't work is a socket, which I'll fix now.
