**** GulfSide Resort sur St Pete Beach. Unité 8 ****

GulfSide Resort est une entreprise familiale. Nous avons 10 belles suites de vacances qui se trouvent à un pâté de maisons et demi des sables de St Pete Beach. À distance de marche de nombreux bars de plage, restaurants et boutiques. Notre propriété est confortable et relaxante. Chaque unité fait face à la piscine. Le parking est sûr et proche de votre porte d'entrée. Nous avons une immense piscine avec fontaine, un terrain de jeu de palets et un green. Belle propriété! Nous avons également des chaises de plage et des jouets de plage pour les enfants.

L'espace
L'unité 8 est notre plus grand studio et a beaucoup de lumière naturelle. Il se trouve au deuxième étage et donne sur la piscine. Il a un lit queen et une salle de bain de très belle taille. Les photos intérieures de cet appareil sont obsolètes. Il semble encore mieux qu'il ne le montre. Il a environ 420 pieds carrés avec des sièges confortables. Toutes nos unités sont équipées de climatiseurs à deux unités qui sont efficaces et silencieux. La cuisine est équipée de micro-ondes, cuisinière, ustensiles, vaisselle, casseroles et poêles.

The hosts were great- super communication, friendly, welcoming! The location is outstanding- walking disance to EVERYTHING! The room was just right for us and the extra amenities (pool, putting green, shuffle board, beach chairs/wagon/umbrella/towels) were the icing on the cake.

The gulfside was great! The room was clean and the whole property was really nice and well taken care of. The pool and putting green were great, and they were able to provide chairs, an umbrella, a cooler, and beach towels to bring to the beach (which was very close within walking distance). Jim was super helpful with any questions we had and was very accommodating. 10/10 would recommend if heading to this area and we will definitely be staying here again!

We had a great time! They were very accommodating and helpful. It is a large studio apartment type room with a couch and full kitchen next to the F/Q bed which was incredibly comfortable. The bathroom is very spacious. The entire suite was extremely clean. The pool was crystal clear!

Great place!

It was our first time at St. Pete Beach and we didn't know what to expect. We loved this place. The location is great - within walking distance to the beach and great restaurants. Highly recommend!

Love this place

We had a great time here, super quiet not busy, neighbors all have a great attitude. We had an issue with our AC and Jim was super accommidating. They were able to move us to another unit and get it fixed. All the rooms were so clean. Place is close to everything and they had great recommendations on all places to eat and play. Will definitely stay here again!

Wedding Trip

Everything went so smoothly for our trip. Owners checked in at various times to make sure all our questions were answered. Check in was very easy...just walk in and relax. The resort is beautiful, very nice and clean. People were friendly within the resort and in the area. It definitely exceeded our expectations! Looking forward to coming back! Thanks!

Perfection

About as well-run a rental as I've ever experienced. Easy parking, easy check-in, easy communication. Location is prime: just off Gulf Blvd, tucked away on immaculately landscaped lot, and 2 blocks from beach. Close to everything but clean and quiet. High quality, and priced right. If you're looking for value - this is it.

Relaxing and comfortable!

Although not our first visit to St. Pete Beach, was our first time at Gulfside Resort. Was happy with our choice. Very friendly people and clean comfortable accommodations. Had a truly relaxing stay!

Amazing!

Staying here was absolutely amazing! Jim was on the property every day and was very friendly and always up to talk. The beach is a short walk away, everything is really within a few minutes of driving or walking. The pool is a nice size and never too crowded. The room was absolutely perfect for you and your partner! Plenty of dishes and refrigerator availability! Will be back!!

Great resort near beach and restaurants, well maintained property & grounds, friendly owner & guests

It’s a small friendly resort with great pool area and grounds, close to beach, not crowded and offers a peaceful quiet & relaxing experience. Owners are great, very welcoming. Definitely recommend and stay again.

Best beach stay yet!!

Beautiful property and only a handful of units, so private pool and lounging was amazing. Just a block off the beach and walking distance to all things st. Pete's no need for a car. WE WILL BE BACK
