Loved staying here! Perfect for the whole family-children and grandchildren. Outstanding cleaning crew - the place was so clean and neat. location was wonderful with beautiful views of the dunes and the sunset. Restaurants in walking distance were convenient if desired. And management response to any questions was great. Hope to get the family to come back again!

This is an amazing house! The spaciousness allowed our family of 11 to enjoy dinner together and sleep comfortably in beautiful bedrooms. The primary bedroom on the 3rd floor was incredible. The 360 Blue service was easy to contact and very responsive. The air conditioning was not working properly, and a technician was there within a few hours. The views of the beach were fantastic. The beach was beautiful with sand so white our youngest called it sugar. We ranged in age from 3-76, and the elevator was such a help getting people and groceries up to the 2nd and 3rd floor. There are spiral staircases that were not pictured that would have been difficult to climb several times a day. The kitchen and pantry area had two refrigerators and two dishwashers plus a top notch gas stove. We cooked most nights so this was a real plus. If you plan to cook, make sure to bring some essentials. I was a little surprised that the cabinets were absolutely empty. In other rentals there are usually staples like salt and pepper and an array of spices. Not a huge problem since Publix was an easy drive in the provided golf cart. My granddaughter left a small stuffed animal behind, and 360 Blue is sending it back! The artwork in house was stunning. Check out could not have easier-put trash outside and start the dishwasher. All of us agreed we would love to return again and would highly recommend this property!

Property and location exactly as advertised. Large roomy house, master bedroom is isolated, elevator, and short walk to the beach made for an enjoyable stay.

We really enjoyed our stay!

Our extended family of 10 stayed for a week and really enjoyed our stay. There were some issues with the appliances and elevator due to lightning strikes the day before we got there, but the management company did everything they could to fix it and reimbursed us for the inconvenience. The bunk room downstairs was awesome for the kids. We would stay here again.

The view from the back of the house was spectacular! Several balconies afforded wonderful seating areas to enjoy the view! Getting to the beach was a short walk to the beach pathway behind the house. The path was in between the dunes and led straight to the beach. That was about 200 steps. A beach cart with big wheels is essential if you have small children, older family members, beach chairs, etc. There is also a way to get to the beach by the Red Bar through the neighborhood. That part of thebeach is very crowded while the beach behind the house is more family/ small children oriented. The house itself has very comfortable bedding, plenty of bath towels, great washer and dryer, two refrigerators, two dishwashers, a stocked kitchen, and a great A/C. We were thankful for the elevator and used it constantly! The pool was perfect for our small children and is covered so when it rained we still could play in the pool. The communication from the host was stellar! They answer within minutes - pretty amazing.! 360 Blue does an excellent job. I thought the house was spotless. No bugs seen the entire week. The covers on the couch may have needed to be changed more often between guests but that was minor. Plenty of comfy throws available while watching tv. A ton of books available. The little things mean a lot sometimes!Our children were too small to use the tv room/ bunk room in the basement but older 8-12 year olds would have loved it ! We had a wonderful stay!

Dreamy Modern Beach Getaway

We couldn’t have asked for a more comfortable, spectacular place to stay — everyone in our large family group loved it. From the incredible sunsets on the deck, to the family gatherings in the large open living room/kitchen, to the jaunts to Chiringo’s + The Red Bar on the golf cart + bikes, every detail was attended to. Absolutely stunning deck views of the sunset!

This is a perfect location away from the craze of Destin and Seaside. We have a large family and the kitchen and entertaining areas are perfect! We cooked every day and night of our 7 night stay. The ice maker was not working, so that was a challenge to purchase bags of ice. Bring your own beach chairs and tent, as the rentals do not extend that far down on the beach. Best location yet! We stay every year in Grayton, so we know!

The views are great and the house is unique. getting to the beach is a little harder than what we normally have so be ready. Be prepared for lots of stairs, this is not a house for older people!! Overall we had a good time and we really enjoyed the decks. There had been a storm and lightning caused some electrical issues in the house but we managed and the manager sent a repair person over that fixed several items but it left us without a stove/oven for the week.

Awesome Mother's day weekend

The house was very impressive. We were 14 and we had adequate space for everyone. The house was gorgeous with spectacular Gulf view with 3 awesome balconies to see the sunset. The house has a room in the 3rd floor with Gulf views from your bed and even from the bathroom, it was awesome. The house has an elevator and well equipped kitchen with 2 refrigerators. The entrance to the beach is a few steps from the house. We had a great time and will would love to go back soon. Thank you 360 blue realtors for all the information given through email, everything was explained thoroughly and we didn't need to contact them at all. Thanks also for the backpack cooler and additional gift send to my house.

Spring Break

Beautiful home, beautiful views. The home was still being cleaned when we arrived at 4PM on 3/16, so our group was confined to only the game/laundry room area until 5:30, which was disappointing and unexpected. We never received a reason for the move in delay. We had to have A/C repair early in our stay. Also the window blind in the 3rd floor primary bedroom was broken upon arrival and was inoperable for the entire stay. We had two children under 3 in our group so the multiple steep staircases were not the best scenario for us but we managed it , and the kids and adults all had a very enjoyable stay.

Plenty of space for large family but not ideal for our family

The large house has a wonderful view. Upon booking, I specifically voiced concerns of a nerve disease my husband has and verified that the elevators would allow access for him to get to all 3 floors of the house. When we arrived, the elevator was broken. 360 Blue did all they could and had three crews there within an hour of our arrival, but unfortunately, we had to go 3 days without an elevator. Due to his disease and the spiral staircases he was unable to get around the house. During my many talks with the 360 Blue agent those first 3 days, who was more than kind, I told her the house needed to be properly inspected. The cabinets overflowed. Drawers were filled to the brim and some cabinets you couldn't even open without pans falling to the floor. Even though the listing is on the beach, be aware that it is a walk to the beach access and from the beach access entrance to the beach is tedious, especially for my husband. On the plus side, the 3rd floor master suite is nice. Wonderful views and plenty of space and having access to the golf cart to take a quick trip down 30A was nice. We typically stay at another house 2-3 times a year, but this year with having extra family coming, I wanted to stay somewhere with more space. Unfortunately, this house just didn't meet my past stays expectations.

November 2021 Stay

A fun house! Plenty of room and the view is amazing! Lots of deck space and comfortable seating. A unique and cool place. (Be prepared to rent bikes if that's important to you; the 6 included were tough to pedal even on flat roads...but don't let that impact your decision!) A wonderful place!
