It is in the quiet neighborhood of Gulf Trace. Forget overcrowded beaches! This neighborhood beach is the most secluded beach on 30A and it is completely surrounded the beautiful Grayton Beach State Park. You can setup your chairs on the beach without any restrictions. The house sits 100 steps from the private deeded beach. Casa Paz distinguishes itself with elegance and sophistication, open spaces, grandiose 10’ sliding glass doors throughout first and second floors, plenty of covered outdoor areas to enjoy the large pool and jacuzzi, and breathtaking gulf views from the large 3rd floor viewing deck. Carefully selected artwork and designer lighting fixtures adorn the home like jewel and provide a soothing effect in each room. Casa Paz has 6 bedrooms; 5 king bedrooms and 1 bedroom with two full bunkbeds (4 beds). Each room has a one of a kind private bathroom.

The grand living room with 12’ ceilings with an electric fireplace allow you to set the right ambiance anytime. The two living room seating areas provide plenty of opportunities to enjoy the outdoor pool views through the majestic sliding glass doors or to simply lay back and watch TV in the 70” flat screen. There’s a half bathroom around the downstairs common areas for convenience.

The Chef’s kitchen features top of the line induction stove, twin fridge and freezer combo, wine cooler, two dishwashers, warming tray and all the necessary cookware, so you can enjoy your time there. The ample kitchen island provides plenty of seating.

Around the corner, you will find a spacious laundry with 2 double-stack Samsung washers and dryers to keep all those beach towels dry.

The modern coastal dining table comfortably sits 10 people. The dining room sliding glass doors lead to the beautiful outdoor oasis featuring a luxurious outdoor kitchen with a built-in gas grill, refrigerator, icemaker, dining room set and a flat-screen TV.

The large 16 x 35 ft pool is one of the most marvelous features of the outdoor space, with LED lights, and a water feature. The heated pool has a 7ft x 7ft hot tub* and includes a tanning shelf with umbrella. A half bath and outdoor shower allows you to enjoy the outdoors without having to come into the house. An optional pool heating fee applies from Oct to Mar.

The second floor features a second living room area with a 70” TV, wet bar sink, ice machine and mini fridge. The sliding glass doors take you to another outdoor seating area and the spiral stairs that will take you to the 3rd floor viewing deck.

The covered 3rd floor viewing deck has an outdoor living room with seating for 7 and invites you to experience the breathtaking coastal views and unforgettable sunsets of the Grayton National Park.

The house also includes a full home power backup using 4 Tesla batteries to minimize any disruptions during your vacation in case of a power outage. An electric vehicle charging station is included inside the 2 car garage.
