Pool doesn't heat properly. No dish towels and very little basic necessities. Take everything you need.

This review is unnecessarily negative. Had pool heating been requested in advance rather than after your arrival, it would have been pre-heated and ready - there is no issue with the heater. Extra dish towels have been added. A welcome pack of items are provided including dishsoap, dishwasher tablet, trash bags, cloth, kitchen roll, 2 toilet rolls per bathroom, soaps.

Excellent location in a gated community with 24/7 security access control. Able to go for walks within the community and felt safe. House was perfect, some of the furniture has been updated since the photos were taken, though the pool furniture could also use updating. Good location, was 25-35 minute drive to Disney, International Drive etc. As advertised and would stay again.

This was our 3rd-4th time renting this place and it’s always up to par only thing is maybe a new shower head but other then that this is a great place to rent

We stayed there with our granddaughters. It was clean, it had a enclosed pool, it was great! They loved being able to go swimming It was in a gated community close to everything we wanted to see. Definitely recommend this place.

Great neighborhood!

We had a great stay! The house was clean and a good layout. It was perfect for our family. The kids loved the pool and walking down to the neighborhood park. The neighborhood was very nice! The location was great! Close to Disney and walking distance to Walmart and Chick-Fil-A.

Relaxing Vacation Home

We enjoyed it very much, good location, quiet gated neighborhood with private pool and hot tub!! We were at the Disney parks all day so it was nice to relax in the hot tub. The mattresses could be replaced as well as the furniture and carpet but overall we were ok

Perfect Florida home

We absolutely loved 1000 Marcello! Everything you need to have a wonderful stay in Florida. The private pool and jacuzzi were perfect and we had so much fun with the pool and air hockey table. The neighborhood is immaculate with daily garbage pickup! Wifi worked super fast too!!

Great Secure Location

Had a wonderful stay as always at Bella Vida Resort as its ideally securely situated...The Villa was Great quite basic but with loads of room as we had a couple of our Party with Mobility issues so the drop into Showers were difficult as that wasn't shown in the photos, so we bought a step and that sorted that issue....also the outside pool furniture had seen better days, as dirty and worn, could definitely do with replacing....overall a good stay despite the encounter with Hurricane Milton !!!!

Spacious Home

Villa was spacious and provided plenty of space for our group of 6. We enjoyed the heated pool everyday. The bathrooms were spotless and linens were clean and fresh. Both the management co and the owner were responsive to our calls. The furniture was old and worn. We enjoyed our stay.

Exactly what we needed

Very nice property with all the amenities we needed. Pool and jacuzzi were heated and we were able to spend some good time even though the weather was chilly. My 8 year old enjoyed the game room. Only suggestion to upgrade the living room to smart tv or streaming system. Other than that everything was perfect.
