Propre et impeccable 3 chambres, 2 salles de bain complètes, cadre magnifique à un pâté de maisons de l'océan, Scarborough State Beach! Le plan d'étage est spacieux au niveau principal, avec cuisine, salle à manger et salon tous ouverts les uns aux autres, avec une grande terrasse hors de la cuisine / salle à manger, avec des sièges confortables et des grillades bénéficiant d'une vue spectaculaire sur l'océan. Chambres au 2e étage ainsi qu'une salle de bain complète avec douche sur pieds. Deux chambres ont des lits queen avec vue sur l'océan, et la 3ème chambre a un lit gigogne qui crée deux lits jumeaux ou 1 lit king. Toutes les chambres ont leur propre télévision. Une chaise haute, un port-berceau et un chariot sont également fournis. Cette maison est joliment décorée, y compris les draps, les ensembles de serviettes de bain et les serviettes de plage!

Perfect for our weekend away!

This is a great house; we had family and friends come and go and the indoor space, outdoor deck and lawn was perfect! We also loved being walking distance to the beach.Robin, the property manager was very responsive and enabled us some flexibility with check-in and check-out times. I highly recommend considering this home for your next beach vacation!

Wonderful Weekend Getaway

We attended parents weekend at URI and had a fantastic stay at this charming house. The house and kitchen are very well equipped. The location so close to the Ocean is priceless and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

Perfect vacation stay

This was such a lovely beach house. It’s minutes away from the water and is even more beautiful in person. The house is comfortable, clean, and has every tool necessary to cook a delicious dinner on the grill or in the kitchen.

Wonderful Location

The owner was super responsive and helpful in all aspects. Location in about a 3 min walk to the beach which was great with little kids. Yard is also a great place to play and hang out. Very clean and comfortable.

Location, Location, Location!

The water view is fabulous but the house itself is located in such a convenient area! We were able to take amazing day trips while spending each morning walking/jogging along the ocean front! Couldn’t ask for a better rental!

Perfect Location, Super Clean

The house was even better in person than the photos show. There are ocean views from almost all of the rooms in the house. Everything was super clean which made us all feel very comfortable during our stay. Beach towels, beach chairs, and street parking passes included. Only thing to note is that the rooms are pretty tight. Such a cute house!

Great place!

I booked this place to stay overnight for my friends bachelorette and it was amazing! We ran into a small issue checking in, but we got in and all the girls raved about the place! It was very cute, clean and they had everything you needed there. Also the deck and the view was amazing! Any questions I had prior were answered promptly so no issues there either! The girls even talked about booking it for weekends away in the future! Highly recommend!

Perfect location

Our stay was absolutely wonderful!! The property is very well kept. The whole feel the second you walk in is a very beachy, yet cozy feel. Absolutely loved it. The home was sparkling clean when we arrived, and the location couldn't be more perfect. So close to the beach! Would love to stay here in the warmer weather so we can take advantage of all the beach has to offer. The deck was fabulous! Such a nice spot to sit and read a good book!! I have to say as well, the yard was absolutely beautiful. I take a lot of pride in my lawn, and definitely appreciate having a beautiful lawn where I stay. Loved it!! We accidentally locked ourselves out of the house the first night we were there and Robin was right on top of it to make sure we were able to get in as quickly as possible. Really appreciated that!! Would definitely stay here again!! Thanks so much Robin!!

Adorable house in the perfect location

We visited as a family of 6 (2 kids, 2 grandparents, 2 parents). The house has been tastefully renovated and was comfortably furnished. The kitchen had what we needed for making breakfasts and lunches (we went out for dinners). The house is cozy but plenty of space for the group we had. Low ceilings upstairs add charm but may be an issue for some. None of us are tall so we weren’t bothered. Lovely view from the deck/backyard and from the two queen rooms upstairs. Plenty of beach chairs and carts/wagon/umbrellas. We had an issue with the umbrellas that were there being in disrepair and not functional. One note to Robin and they were promptly replaced with four brand new sturdy beach umbrellas. She even brought a new beach cart over when she noted that the existing one had seen better days. I can’t say enough about her prompt communication and obvious care that our stay should be pleasant and easy. The backyard was beautifully landscaped and made an excellent backdrop for a few impromptu family photos with the lovely hydrangeas. The real draw for this house is the location - a very short flat walk to the beach across the street and an easy drive to many nice restaurants.

Very nice, basic beach house

We had a great week and the house was fine for what we needed. Overall, it did not “exceed” my expectations, but met them. The location is very nice and close to beach, and bonus that you can walk right on, but beware Scarborough is a state beach and there is a ton of traffic both around the area and ON the beach. We were hardly able to find space to set up a small home base with crowds. And at night, if you want to leave the windows open for fresh air, be prepared for noise throughout the night with it being on a main city bus route. Also, deck was lovely but offered limited views of sunrise/sunset and phone/electricity wires were an obstruction in photos. The house itself is charming and has character but has limited closet space and in general limited space in bedrooms and a bit old and run down overall, although the bathrooms seemed relatively updated. Note that the upstairs stall shower has amazing water pressure but offers nowhere to put your soap, shampoo, razor etc. which was a bit frustrating. The refrigerator also needs an upgrade and the beach chairs are only so-so (if you prefer Tommy Bahama you’ll need to bring your own). We also had to buy some citronella candies for the deck to provide some evening ambiance and bug control. We left them for next renters. Overall, it is nice home. I personally felt it was on the expensive side for what it offered and we got hit with extra fees for excessive dog hair which was hard to avoid, so just keep that in mind going in.

Relaxing week

We had a wonderful week, relaxing at the beach. Three families (6 adults, 2 kids) fit in the house quite well, the layout works nicely. Highly recommend!

My family and I stayed there on 7/19! We had a great time! Excellent location!

The home is nicely decorated had everything we needed ie: as far as cooking and prepping- it’s great that they have all you need for the beach as well: chairs, beach towels, toys,body boards- made it easy for us when it came time pack - The host was excellent and quickly answered any questions I had- definitely will try to go back next year!!
