The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. The house fit our large family perfectly. Living room is as small as it looks in the photos but honestly fit everyone just fine even for a movie night (we set up blankets on the floor and it was fun/cozy!) The beach was a straight shot down the road. Easy walkability (maybe 4 minutes?) and easy access. The host, Andrew, was absolutely incredible. He was super responsive and attentive to our needs. I can't say enough good things. Thank you, Andrew!

Wonderful stay!

Such a low key laid back process and property. The house was exactly what we needed and very clean and comfy. There was 16 of us and we were all comfortable and happy. I loved that everything was on one level and we were able to gather in the kitchen and living areas. We would definitely recommend!

Great space. Converted duplex and alot more space than we were expecting. The bunks and trundles were great for the kids.

Fantastic stay by the beach

This was the perfect place for a family vacation. We had 8 people in total, including a toddler, and everyone was able to have their own space and bathrooms. The trundle beds under the bunk beds were perfect for our 3 year old who recently transitioned to a big boy bed. We used the private pool and did the 3 minute walk down to the beach daily - sunsets were incredible. And there were several local restaurants nearby, an adorable little free public library where we took our toddler in the middle of the day, and plenty of parks. Highly recommend this location. The property manager was very responsive and helpful.

Lovely home away from home

We had a wonderful week! We enjoyed the short walk to the beach and the pool. The house has the perfect layout for our group of 12 people (definitely could have fit more comfortably too). The house had everything we needed.

Fun time with family!

This house was the perfect fit for our group of 14, with 7 adults and 7 kids, ages 3-15! The location of the rooms and bathrooms allowed each family (3) to have their own "area" and the two washers/dryers were an added bonus! We loved the island in the kitchen, big enough to fit 4-5 ppl, while the rest of us gathered around the sides or sat at one of the two tables. I didn't think we would use the pool often, since the beach was only a few minutes away, but there were many times when the kids preferred the pool over the beach! And what a pool! It was big enough to accommodate everyone, those who wanted to sunbathe out of the water, those who wanted to actually swim, and those who wanted to just sit in the shallow part. There were also many floaties, pool toys, and life jackets available. In the other yard on the opposite end, there was a nice long patio table with a pergola-like top and grill, along with wagons filled with beach toys to take to the beach. This house met all of our needs and had a great location, with a gas station nearby for quick food runs and a quiet neighborhood. Our host, Andrew, was very helpful and quick to reply to any of my questions. Thank you for a fun-filled and relaxing vacation!

Family vacation

The house was fitting for our group, plenty of room and comfortable. Neighborhood was nice and clean. It was a 2 minute walk to the beach but no trouble with traffic or other pedestrians. Definitely a must stay!

Family Beach Vacation

This is a beautiful property for large gatherings! We had 22 family members and friends staying for a week. There was plenty of room for all of us! We enjoyed the beach, then afterwards able to come back and enjoy the pool. Andrew was a phenomenal host, very quick to respond and take care of anything we needed!

Convenient

It has great access to the beach. Accommodates a large group. Having the pool is a huge plus. It would be nice if there were toilet paper holders in all the bathrooms. It also does need some better painting. Overall our large group loved the property and it was located close to everything you need. We had an outstanding week.

House works great for a group

We had 3 generations stay in the house for a 75th birthday party. Everyone had plenty of space, we had a short walk to the beach and the pool was heated. Plenty of pool lounge chairs.

Indiana ladies had a blast!

10 ladies thoroughly enjoyed the property and the nearness to the beach. Fantastic restaurants in the area. Heated pool was a definite plus.

A great family house!

For a large group wanting accessibility this property is great. Andrew was hospitable and extremely responsive. He checked in on us regularly, showed us how to heat the pool and to help us out was able to extend our check out time to accommodate our flights. This house is perfect for extended family or a group of close friends. Four bathrooms, 2 sets of laundry and tvs in every bedroom and 2 short blocks to the beach. Very safe neighbourhood and clean kitchen with everything you need for cooking.

Great stay at IRB

This place was great for large family, with plenty of room to sleep everyone. A short 5-min walk to IRB beach, where there were few crowds during our stay. Great walking beach too! The house was stocked with basics and sufficient for our short stay. One opportunity would be to upgrade some of the mattresses in the multi-bed rooms. The host was easy to connect with and answered any questions we had. We enjoyed our stay.
