Imagine being able to watch the sun rise over the ocean in the morning and then set over the Halifax River in the evening from the same condo. That's what you'll get in this 16th floor, 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom spacious oceanfront unit. Generous kitchen and large open living/dining rooms offer direct oceanfront views. Master suite offers king bed and private entrance to the large 40 foot balcony. Two guest bedrooms include queen beds, private bathrooms and Intracoastal views.

From the privacy of the large balcony, you can enjoy the thrill of watching a rocket launch or dolphins playing in the ocean.
Walk to restaurants, pier or Halifax River. Plenty to do or plenty of quiet relaxation. Take your pick!

Thanksgiving Retreat 2020

Our family comes to Daytona every year for Thanksgiving. We didn't do anything special. We just enjoyed being together. The condo is gorgeous. It is very spacious. The kitchen is large enough for entertaining. It is fully stocked with everything you could need to cook fabulous meals for your family. The beds were all very comfortable. In fact all the furniture is comfortable. The lobby was beautifully decorated for Christmas. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful, spacious condo, spectacular view - will stay again!

This condo has everything you need with lots of space. Huge kitchen, comfortable beds and linens, big oceanfront balcony, lovely furnishings and a great location. The owners were quick to respond and very welcoming. Thank you for everything - we will definitely be back!

Awesome Condo- Book IT!!!

Great condo! From the spacious 3 bedrooms, fully stocked kitchen and then some, super comfortable beds, 40 ft balcony ocean views, sunset views on the river , indoor/outdoor pools, you will want to stay here! Tony and Brenda are great to work with and very friendly. We found the area to be uncrowded and very good with the whole social distancing scene. Very important to us as we were hesitant to book after hearing so many stories about other parts of FL. We will definitely be back. Jeff and Leslie
