Cette grande unité de 1475 pieds carrés acceptant les animaux de compagnie a été entièrement mise à niveau avec de nouvelles armoires de cuisine, des comptoirs en granit, toutes les nouvelles salles de bains et des carreaux partout. Bâtiment en bord de mer surplombant l'océan et une fabuleuse piscine directe en bord de mer, WIFI haut débit privé GRATUIT et câble inclus. DEMANDEZ LES TARIFS MENSUELS! Deux terrasses couvertes.

Bâtiment en bord de mer au rez-de-chaussée sur la section sans route de la magnifique Daytona Beach Shores. Superbes vues sur la plage depuis les terrasses couvertes .. 1 place de parking couverte réservée et un laissez-passer de stationnement disponibles sur la base du premier arrivé pour les clients. TV écran plat en LR et deux des chambres.

À 18 km du Daytona International Speedway et de l'aéroport international de Daytona Beach, à quelques minutes du phare et du musée de Ponce Inlet, à 3 pâtés de maisons de la célèbre jetée de pêche de Sunglow avec le restaurant Crabby Joe's où vous pourrez dîner sur des fruits de mer frais récoltés quotidiennement. Dans une heure de route de certaines des principales attractions des États - Historic St. Augustine, Kennedy Space Center and Theme Park, Walt Disney World, Sea World et Universal Studios, pour n'en citer que quelques-uns.

Beautiful condo, very clean. Nice pool and able to walk right onto beach. The host, Cathy, was awesome. Cathy responded to all my texts and questions and even helped with suggestions to help with activities during my stay in Florida. Location very convenient and close to activities and dining. My children and grandchildren really had a great time. We definitely will be back.

We greatly enjoyed our visit to Sea Fern!!! The property fit our family's needs perfectly. Pool, beach access, and parking were all very convenient. The beach view was perfect. The grass space is perfect for pups. We had great access to parking. The grounds crew was very kind and friendly. They even left an event schedule on our door. We had absolutely no issues with check-in. Cathy was wonderful to work with. Our group will definitely stay here again.

We had a beautiful stay with our adult children. It has the beautiful Daytona Beach without the hustle and bustle of the downtown scene, yet close enough to drive for a night out on the boardwalk. It was so nice to have a spacious place to bring everyone together for a family vacation. Cathy has thought of everything that you might need for your stay and was very responsive to our questions and needs. We definitely will be back!

Great Family vacation

Great location for for my elderly parents, my aunt, my wife and I. Appreciate the way this condo had plenty of towels and kitchen supplies. Cathy and Paula were fantastic in response to our concerns. Also great location with our dog. Overall a well equipped clean vacation spot.

Great place to stay for a Disney + beach vacation

We were in town for my son's graduation and stayed at this condo. The owner was very attentive and made sure we were comfortable. The place was clean and we had everything we needed, so that was great. The amenities were spot on and we could literally walk to the beach, so that was nice. Orlando attractions were only a short hour away, so this is a great place to stay for a Disney + beach vacation.

Had a great time

Stayed while my adult kids attended a concert. The place was huge and clean. Only complaints is the master bed was uncomfortable and everything was oout dated. There was a light fixture in a closet that was hanging by the wires. The host cathy was amazing and responded so quickly.

A lovely home away from home

This spacious condo had everything we needed for a family week together on Daytona Beach. Clean, comfortable, and fully stocked . A lovely hostess, who replies quickly and kindly. Thank you, Cathy! The condo is at the back of the building, so there is not a direct beach view, but the outdoor side yard is a perfect place to enjoy coffee in mornings, with the waves of the ocean in the peripheral. It’s just few steps down the stairs to the beautiful pool and the lovely paradise.beach. We had a wonderful vacation!

Home away from home

Cathy’s condo was a great place to stay. She was always available for anything we needed and had great recommendations. We had our dogs with us and they even put up a temporary fence so I could let them get out and enjoy the sunshine too. Patio is on the side of the building and not directly on the ocean. At first I was disappointed but it turned out just fine. We still had a view of the ocean from the patio for sunrises and then from the other direction we saw sunsets. Would definitely come back again.

We love this property. The condo looks exactly like the pictures if not better. Sit outside on the patio and hear the waves crashing. I loved the master bed and bathroom. Beds were very comfy. Kitchen was spacious and filled with everything needed to cook meals away from home. The unit has a full size, top-of-the-line washer, and dryer which we loved, overall we love this unit. Wonderful place to stay. Kathy was so nice and very attentive to our needs. We will definitely rent this unit again thank you for sharing your home with us.

Private, spacious, beautifully decorated, well stocked kitchen and linens. We love this building.

This is a private home/condo that is very large and room for eight. We spread out and everyone had plenty of space. The beach ramp is one building over. This is the best beach as cars are not allowed to drive on this section. We didn’t have to worry about kids getting run over. We will definitely be back. Loved the new kitchen and the colors. Owner takes a lot of pride in keeping this unit up to date. Extremely clean too! And very cold AC! Best vacation ever! Thank you for everything.
