Cute studio overlooking the bay. Close to everything. The hosts were friendly and responsive. This will definitely be our place to stay next time we visit my daughter.

This house was beautiful, and the scene was breathtaking. Walking down to the water was easy. The lights that lead down the path was a plus. I would definitely book again next summer.

Roomy studio - great view of Irondequoit Bay

This property exceeded our expectations! There's lots of space to spread out and the wall of windows overlooking Irondequoit Bay made the unit seem even larger. The unit is over a garage that the owner uses for equipment storage. There is an elevator for exclusive use of guests renting the studio that is accessed through the garage. It worked great during our stay! The kitchen area has a two-burner stove and enough pots, pans and utensils, to prepare small meals. The host supplies coffee, filters, sweeteners and creamer. The unit was spotless and everything looked brand new. We picked it because we wanted to be close to the water and we got exactly what we wanted, with a bonus of a very spacious, new studio, and a friendly host.

Misrepresentation

Poor access! A metal spiral staircase followed an entry through a dirty garage and no working elevator. Place was dirty with very little furniture. 3 old towels available and 1 wash cloth! I could go on! The view was good.

Anniversary getaway

We had a great 3 nights celebrating our anniversary. The apartment is clean and has all necessities. Its a short drive to restaurants and such. Nice view of the bay. The elevator was a godsend for my wife and me.

Gorgeous view of the bay.

Apartment was perfectly sized for a couple looking to get away. Location is easily accessible to 590 highway and has a fantastic view looking out over Irondequoit Bay. We loved the windows and style of the apartment.

Good location but no water access

The good: The location of the property is great, close to downtown Rochester and Lake Ontario. Checkin was easy and host was responsive throughout our stay. The not so good: We booked this particular property due to it's lake/bay front access. Unfortunately, despite the VRBO description, the entire lakefront is under construction and not accessible. The property listing should have been updated/accurate to note construction. We would have stayed somewhere else if we had known.

Very clean, spacious studio apartment, beautiful views, peaceful location

Wonderful place to stay for our visit to the Rochester area! Beautiful view of the bay. So much better than a hotel room. The location of the apartment gave it a very private feel, like renting a whole house. Very nicely remodeled, just like the pictures! We didn't use the kitchen items, but from what I could tell it's well stocked with the basics. Close enough to the city to be within a 20 minute drive of everywhere we wanted to go, yet the area is quiet with not too much traffic. Host was very prompt in replying to a question we had. We'd definitely stay again!

Great view

The property is very nice - new and clean. It was in a convenient location for me with a pretty view. Communication with the owners and gaining access to the property was all great. The only thing lacking was a comfortable place to sit by the water. The owner said they were in the process of renovating this area.

A great weekend getaway for couples

Steve was a great host; easy to communicate with and very accommodating! The view was stunning! The room was extremely spacious, and we had everything we needed supplied in the room. We would definitely rent again for a future weekend escape. It's a very tranquil environment!

Lovely studio garage apartment

Overall is was terrific. View from garage studio apartment is lovely. Important to note that getting to the dock at the waterfront does require walking down several steep staircases, though adequate railings are present. The garage studio apartment has a circular narrow, steep staircase with adequate railings, though an elevator is available.

Perfect studii

My husband, son and I stayed here for a weekend and it was AwEsOmE! It is exactly like the photos. Great as a landing place while exploring the Rochester area. Fantastic host with perfect suggestions on activities, restaurants and hot spots!! We will stay here again!!

Beautiful!

Steve was very easy to communicate with and have very specific instructions on how to check in. There is a spiral staircase, however there is also an elevator if needed! Right on the lake with beautiful views. Very clean and organized.
