Maison victorienne de charme entièrement rénovée

Détendez-vous dans notre maison victorienne récemment rénovée dans le quartier "branché" de South Wedge à Rochester. Il faut moins de 9 minutes pour marcher jusqu'aux cafés, restaurants, bars, coopératives d'épicerie bio, studio de yoga, dépanneur et notre magasin de desserts préféré.

La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec tous les ustensiles de cuisine dont vous auriez besoin. Nous avons un matelas pneumatique queen-size si vous devez accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes pendant la nuit. Il y a un espace commun avec du linge et du détergent gratuit que vous verrez lorsque vous verrez la première fois que vous entrerez.

Nous vivons dans l'unité arrière et travaillons à domicile, donc si vous avez besoin de quelque chose, nous sommes toujours heureux de vous aider.

My son and I were in town to visit Eastman. We loved staying here! We felt right at home, had plenty of room, comfy beds, a well-appointed kitchen and excellent shower. The neighborhood is also particularly lovely! We will absolutely stay again given the opportunity.

The kitchen had the basic essentials for preparing a meal. Entire unit was well laid out. Some well worn. Any issues were promptly remedied. Good, clean linens. Nice to meet the hosts. Sweet coop garden next door and centrally located to RIT along with Highland Park and Genesee River walking trail close by made it a perfect location for our nephew's graduation. We really enjoyed our stay.

A great home base for a first visit to Rochester

We had a great time, the place was charming and cozy and clean. We were spending a lot of time out and about getting the feel for the city and surrounding area (considering a move) and it was easy to get to/from, never felt like it was hard to find our way back, and was a comfortable place to come back to and crash after a busy day.

Nice place, great hosts, unfortunate timing

The hosts were very welcoming and open to questions, the interior was beautiful and cozy, the only issue was it was very snowy and icy as rochester gets in the winter and the path to the entrance was iced over and a bit precarious. Other than that we greatly enjoyed our stay!

Charming home, charming hosts

The house was cute and well kept and the neighborhood was so beautiful. The community garden in the next lot was in full bloom and having coffee on the porch in the morning while watching the birds and squirrels play was so relaxing. The hosts were so friendly and accommodating. The house was clean and while the kitchen was small it had pretty much everything we needed. It was such a a sweet little home away from home!

Quick weekend trip

Convenient location for accessing colleges in the Rochester area. Very clean. We walked around the neighborhood- it’s a neighborhood in transition and has some fun coffee and eating spots. I think 4 people is ideal for this space- a but cramped for many more. Owner had a welcoming treat when we arrived!

This location was great. The space was cozy, we stayed in the downstairs unit. Parking was simple. We were close to so many rad places to eat, and close enough to grab our kiddo at Eastman to spend a couple of nights with us. Access to a washing machine was super helpful. And, the hosts were on site just in case. We will try and book this vrbo again next time we visit our kiddo. Thank you for also having some coffee available, our flight arrived so late, so that was a morning bonus. Clean & Cozy.

Comfortable accommodations in walking distance of coop

We stayed with our 2 kids. It was great to be within walking distance to restaurants, the coop, and a brewery. The house was very comfortable and the host was available to answer questions when we had them.

Nice Place

Our family of 6 fit great. Our 2 smaller boys had either the pull out couch or air mattress to sleep on. They picked the air mattress and we just set it up in the living room. We had a couple needs when we first got in and the owners were very quick to respond and help. They were really nice and easy to work with. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and then some. It was nice to have a comfy home to stay in at the end of busy days.

We have put a tremendous amount of thought, work and planning into making our property the best experience it can possibly be. We know traveling can be stressful, and your first breath of relief after a long drive or flight is the second you finally walk into your room and unload your bags. This is why we have tailored the experience of our house to be as relaxing and convenient as possible. There are lots of pleasant surprises waiting for you when you arrive. If you've forgotten to bring something like a toothbrush or deodorant, we have a stash of unopened convenience items under the bathroom sink. Exhausted and starving? There are always quick and easy to prepare foods in the pantry or freezer. We are sure you will be one of the many guests who have fallen in love with our place.
