Each floor has a desk/work area with and external monitor and desk lamp, and the upstairs workspace includes a laser printer. The full kitchen includes a 5 burner gas range, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee & keurig machine, dining table for 6, butcher block countertops and all your cooking essentials. The entry/mudroom, houses a full size front loading washer and dryer, as well as an iron and ironing board for your convenience.

A multipurpose trail runs through the front of the property and throughout the neighborhood, including a direct, short 1 mile walk to Pinecrest`s mixed use development with Whole Foods, REI, and a multitude of restaurant and boutique style shops.
