This two level, 4 bedroom house is complete with linens to rent for a fee. Master bedroom - King bed shares a Jack-n-Jill bath with bedroom 1 that has a Queen. Both of these bedrooms walk out on to the lower deck. Bedroom 3 has a queen size bed. Bedroom 4 has a bunk bed with double and a twin. 2nd bath is a full bath with tub.
At the top of the stairs is a 1/2 bath. Upstairs is an open floor plan, with fully equipped kitchen counter and bar seating, two dining areas. Two sets of sliding glass doors provide beautiful views that opens to the deck for sunning and star gazing. Large inviting living room with comfy section and 65" smart TV with surround sound makes watching favorite viewing a great option to get a break from the sun.
Ground floor storage has extra refrigerator, ice maker, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach cursers, kayaks, propane grill and other extras that you would have to pay to rent. This makes your packing easy!

Great location to be away

We were walking distance from the beach and driving distance from anywhere we wanted to visit. Was great for a friendscation to get away.

Amazing location, great retreat

We had two families of 4 stay the week and highly enjoyed the home. It has everything you could possibly need for a vacation away from home as well as all your beach needs. The home is quiet and comfortable and has great access to the beach. We will absolutely be staying there again in the future!

It was such a beautiful place with cool big kitchen and living room together for spending time with a big family/group. Everything we needed was already there. Nearly had to leave the house. Close to a lot of historic places to go see. We had a blast.

Quick get awat

Very nice house close to the beach short walk. Kitchen is very well stocked with all the pots and pans you could ever need. There is a nice little Ice Cream shop 1/2 mile away and the house has bikes you can use. The beach chairs and gear available was so nice to not have to worry about packing. The owner is awesome to work with. Cant wait to go back!

Great Family Vacation

Everything was nice and as per description. The location is perfect. If you want to enjoy the beach and the waves in a quiet place, this is perfect. Property manager was available and gentle. The only minor complaint is that the mattress in the master bedroom is worn out and uncomfortable. Many thanks to our hostess Cheryl for an unforgettable family vacation.

Perfect Getaway!

Made it to the house after dark but about 3 hours before a storm hit. The deck was the perfect place to sit and watch it roll in, catch the breeze off of, especially after the long drive from GA. The beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. Lots of board games to play along with lots of beach "goodies" to use. Great location in the center of the OB if you want to see sites. The storage room off the carport was great for storing our travel gear out of the way but not into the house. The gas grill worked great! neighbors weren't noisy. Very close to beach access. The beach was great! Not crowded the week before July 4th. Will definitely look to rent again on our next trip!

Our family has been vacationing in the OBX for over 40 years. We are passing the tradition down to our children and grandchildren. We hope that you will get that feeling when you come to visit our home. Since we have made this trip many times, we know just what is needed in the rental to make it comfortable and also usable. The kitchen has all the necessary and extra gadgets the average rental property would have. We love to cook and love our seafood! So, if you like to fish and grill and make your own creations you will be right at home.
