SE Division Hideaway

Le Hideaway est un appartement au sous-sol indĂ©pendant merveilleusement propre, confortable et privĂ©, attachĂ© Ă  une plus grande maison. L'espace de plus de 700 pieds carrĂ©s est situĂ© au cƓur de SE Portland. Une promenade facile jusqu'Ă  SE Division Street qui offre tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin ou que vous souhaitiez, y compris un excellent cafĂ©, des restaurants, des brasseries, des magasins vintage, des boutiques, des thĂ©Ăątres, des parcs, des transports en commun et plus encore. Les Ă©piceries sont juste en bas de la rue au magasin New Seasons ou au marchĂ© populaire. SituĂ© Ă  quelques pĂątĂ©s de maisons d'un couloir de vĂ©lo dĂ©signĂ©, avec des locations de vĂ©los «Biketown» disponibles Ă  trois pĂątĂ©s de maisons. L'endroit est Ă  la fois urbain et paisible.

Le stationnement dans la rue du quartier est gratuit et spacieux.

Notre objectif est de crĂ©er un espace confortable et serein oĂč vous pourrez vous dĂ©tendre aprĂšs une journĂ©e d'exploration de la ville.

L'appartement est idéal pour 2 personnes avec un lit queen-size de style hÎtel somptueux dans la chambre privée, mais peut accueillir confortablement 4 personnes en utilisant le canapé-lit dans le salon.

As I said to the owner, I was unaware that this was a basement unit. The bathroom was tiny as was the sink. However, I can see the work that was put into remodeling this basement and they did a nice job. The living space with smart TV was particularly nice for my family. The bedroom was comfortable. Though, when we arrived the heat did not work. I was blamed for not knowing how to work it. I do not appreciate that.

This was a very pleasant stay. The location was perfect for getting around Portland. It is a very quaint hidden gem, but very accessible and within minutes to downtown Portland. Communication with Nancy was easy and she was very accommodating. Everything we needed was available. Very cute, clean, and cozy. I would highly recommend.

My nieces (early 40’s) were delighted with the accommodations and neighborhood. Landscaping is lovely. Everything was so easy and they had all they needed.

A quiet retreat from the hustle & bustle of Portland

This spot was indeed a quiet, cozy hideaway steps away from coffee shops & restaurants - and right by the 10 stop which gets you straight to Reed College (if like me, you’re visiting PDX to attend your XXth year reunion at Reed!). Nancy’s instructions were very clear. I had no issues with the place but the couple of times we touched bases for checking in & checking out she was very responsive. I will be looking for this place again the next time I visit Portland 3

Portland Stay

The location of this property was perfect for my parents and I when we visited Portland. It was a 5-minute drive to my sister’s from there. I think this property is great for 2 people. A third person with 1 bathroom and a sleeper sofa in the main living area make it a bit crowded, but it worked out ok. Everything was neat as a pin and clean. Nancy was a very attentive host and answered all our questions right away. I would definitely recommend this host and hope to stay again next time I’m in Portland.

Great neighborhood

Basement unit with low ceilings was a bit of a challenge for my traveling companion who is 6'-9" but he managed and we had a great stay.

Comfortable apartment and only blocks from the great restaurants and shops on Division. Clean and well appointed with what you need for a visit to Portland. Was glad to find little extras that were needed.

Amazing and Accommodating

I can’t say enough about how great the neighborhood was, how roomy the space was, or how friendly the host was. We make frequent trips to Portland, and the Division Hideaway will be our new home away from home whenever it's available.

Charming Portland neighborhood stay

This is a chic and thoughtfully remodeled lower level apartment in a quiet and traditional neighborhood. The bed was very comfortable. The host was attentive and responsive. This location is highly walkable to cafes and restaurants. I would highly recommend this listing.

Delightful stay!

My daughter and I enjoyed our weekend stay at this lovely apartment! The photos are absolutely accurate. It is spacious, well-appointed and nicely decorated. And it is soooo clean! I have become hesitant to stay in basement apartments on VRBO due to noise from above. In other apartments, we have experienced late-night or even middle of the night noise that is so bad we haven't been able to sleep. I didn't see a single review where this was mentioned for this apartment so we took a chance. I'm so glad we did. There was no noise during the night. We were so grateful and this allowed us to truly enjoy the weekend. The neighborhood is delightful, we had an amazing breakfast and even enjoyed a movie down the street. Parking is easy and the neighborhood feels safe. Also, comfy bed and bedding, a huge plus. Thank you, Nancy, for the easy and quick communication. We hope to come back and stay again!

Lovely, quiet, cozy and clean place to stay.

Lovely, quiet, cozy and clean place to stay. The owner was available very quickly when I needed her. I had everything that I needed including coffee, all sorts of tea, even half and half! Shampoo and soap in the shower. I would definitely stay there again. Thank you:)

Perfect for us

My wife and I were in Portland visiting our son who moved to Oregon two years ago. The basement apartment was very clean and accommodating. Location was only a 5-10 min drive to our son’s place. Very convenient and close to many eating establishments. All within a walking distance.

The apartment has it's own entrance with a keypad. Come and go as you please. The amount of interaction with me, your host, is up to your discretion.
