Grande maison de vacances multifamiliale! Cette belle maison de plage est actuellement en phase de construction (en construction) et sera terminée en juin 2020.

5 chambres, 5 salles de bains, 14 couchages. Deux étages avec ascenseur.

10x18 Putting Green, piscine privée (14 x 32) avec spa, douche extérieure, gazon et bar Tiki avec lavabo et granit.

Planche de vinyle de luxe dans toute la maison, douche principale accessible aux personnes handicapées et plafonds voûtés!


Directement en face de l'accès à la plage et à quelques kilomètres du cœur d'Ocean Isle Beach - OIB Creamery, Breakers Arcade, OIB Pier, Pelican's Perch, Drift Coffee Shop, Sharkys, Ocean Isle Fish Company, le New Town Park ... etc. .

Nous proposons la location de voiturettes de golf moyennant des frais supplémentaires si vous souhaitez louer par notre intermédiaire.

Smith family vacation

It was our first full family vacation in 30 years and we have a wonderful time! The elevator is great for the grandparents. The hot tub and pool were perfect.

Great pool area!

We enjoyed a great week at the beach in this beautiful house. There was plenty of room for all 13 of us. The pool area was awesome, we spent a lot of time as a family out there. Another plus was being so close to the beach access. Will definitely stay here again!

Great House Great Location!

This house was perfect for our family, especially the large pool with a smaller attached kiddie pool/whirlpool. Courtney was great to work with, would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Location was great for close to town for dinners/wine/shops! House had all amenities and extra !

Great house with beautiful pool and grass area for cod hole games. Bunk beds for individual guests and extra amenities (floats, wagons for beach, bikes , cod hike boards…..). Was a great place to stay !!!

Fabulous time at Ocean Isle

We had a wonderful stay at this property on Ocean Isle. House was clean, new and loaded with amenities. Pool was the icing on the cake - the kids spent many hours in it. Great location with easy access to the beach. Host was really responsive to questions. Would highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a great house for a large family.

Ocean isle idyll

Very nice cottage, well appointed, close to public beach access. Courtney was an excellent communicator. We especially enjoyed the heated pool and spa, where we spent most afternoons after mornings at the beach. Hated to leave!

Wonderful stay

We had a good time staying at this house. Although the house is not on the beach it is a quick walk to the beach. The pool area is lovely and the kids enjoyed it immensely. The whirlpool is just that, not a true hot tub. The open living space is very nice and we able to cook, eat and play games together.

Mixed review but new management is improving

Mixed review as the management company was experiencing employee turnover during our stay. We had some issues and received no response initially. I used a blended review as rating would have been much lower but recently appointed host/manager Renee helped after our stay correct issues and ensure better experience in the future.

Week at Ocean Isle

House is very nice , roomy and clean. Would suggest hanging curtains in the bedrooms, sheers are not sufficient! We had one day of non working elevator, problem with ants and one afternoon of no hot water due to gas tank being empty. All issues were addressed and resolved quickly . Not sure we would rent again.

Perfect summer vacation home

The Tiki bar area by the pool elevates this house from great to exceptional. The bar includes a refrigerator to keep drinks cool, a sink and plenty of shaded seating. There is also a nice big grill. The Tiki bar and pool were the perfect spots to hangout with family after spending a day at the beach. This is where my family spent endless hours enjoying each other’s company, listening to music and making beautiful memories. The rest of the house is very nice too. The front porch has small but gorgeous ocean view which was our favorite place to enjoy a morning cup of coffee and plan our day ahead. The open space kitchen and family room allowed us to enjoy cooking our favorite summer receipts. We had plenty of room throughout the house for 10 adults. Our family enjoyed this house very much. The house is perfectly located near the beach access…just a five minute walk to the beach; And a short minute drive to grocery stores and restaurants. We highly recommend this house for anyone looking for a great family vacation house.

Great location, management and cleaning could use some help

Beautiful home! Excellent location! 13 of us ranging from age 2-45 enjoyed our long weekend! We tried to contact the property manager while there and upon return with zero reply. Microwave didn’t work, both propane tanks for the grill were empty and a mans bathing suit and underwear was left behind from a previous renter. Overall we enjoyed our time but disappointed in the lack of response considering what the stay cost us.

Nice home, seemed new but needs attention to the little things.Broken chairs pool area and cleaning persons needed to re-visit to clean windows and floors. Property manager was called for a few items and she was very helpful.

Pure Bliss

We stayed at this beautiful property at the end of June. All of bedding was super comfortable which isn’t always the case. The bathrooms were like staying at a very high end resort with large showers and impressive vanities. The kitchen was so amazing that one of our guests took pics and is using it as inspiration for an upcoming remodel at their home. The elevator came in handy as we had an older guest who was wheelchair bound and we used it to bring in and take out all of our luggage. The pool area was very resort like and the salt water pool was warmed to perfection. The outdoor bar area came in handy for meals and drinks by the pool. Also the house is close to everything from the beach, stores, restaurants, and the city pavilion where they had live music over the weekend. This is the perfect family and friends upscale vacation property!! We will be back.

Great beach getaway over Thanksgiving

OIB is one of Carolina’s best kept secret. There are lots of other beach options but this place is quiet without the carnival aspects of other beach towns. This was a brand new property and the property manager jumped through hoops to help us out on property options. This house flows very well. Excellent kitchen and family room area and the pool/hot tub with bar area makes a lot of sense. This house kind of sets the bar for what an ideal beach home should be. Definitely worth checking out.

Love the house

Love the house - just needs a few things - for instance colander, mixer, hooks on bathroom doors, more comfortable chairs for sitting on the deck. We brought black out shades for the bedrooms, which we have done the last few years to other houses we've rented. Beautiful, convenient to beach access.
