Enjoy a fabulous vacation in Ocean Isle Beach, North Carolina in this gorgeous single-family home with all the amenities. A private swimming pool, elevator and video games (Wii) are included. This second row home (very close to the ocean) has exquisite ocean views due to single-story homes across the street and a reverse floorplan. Beach access (one with a rare handicap ramp) is just 500 feet away to the right or to the left of the house. You will enjoy the Stainless Steel appliances, redone flooring, new vinyl railings on the front decks and updated decorations! This is house is the perfect getaway for families with young children and teenagers, elderly (can take advantage of the elevator), etc.

We loved our stay here and can't wait to come again. Already booked for next year. Beautiful views of the ocean, great kitchen and family room for hangouts. Loved having a bathroom for each bedroom.

plenty of parking only complaint would be related to the excessive speed in front of property on road. accidents within 2 houses of property due to drives not paying attention and excessive speed

We had a great stay in this lovely home. I had to use the elevator as my left hip has been giving me heck! The kids loved the bunk beds, pool and ocean!

We had my family of 15 at this location . It had a nice view of the beach. Not a long walk to the beach .Having 2 living rooms was great. Kitchen big enough for lots of people.Wish the pool was bigger but you can't have everything.Towels and sheets were sub par but that is being picky.Very easy to work with.Just make sure you rent or buy the special umbrellas. I believe the name is Shimato's . Only have seen these on this beach. You need it.

Couldn't Ask for a Better House for a Big Family Vacation

Eight adults and 6 kids and plenty of room. One very special feature was every bedroom (5) has its own full bathroom and smart TV. Lots of open area for the kids to play on their phones. Easy access to the beach and a nice size pool in the backyard. The house has all the modern touches, and everything was fresh and clean upon our arrival.

Convenient location

House was great! Pool was a game changer for our famiky this year! Great view of the beach and convenient to beach access. Great to be able to walk to play putt-putt, arcade games, and ice cream! Kitchen was spacious! One major plus, eeryone had their own bathroom.

Wonderful beach vacation

This property has a fabulous view and location. Short walk to shops and the beach. The pool was great. The owner is very responsive to any concerns or needs you might have. The house itself is very well equipped. Lots of dishes, utensils, glasses, etc. We will definitely consider this property for our next family beach vacation.

We love this home-it's spacious and has just about everything you need for a week away. The views from the top balcony are amazing - what a place to drink your coffee! The walk to the beach is easy and the pool is a great place to hang out. Doug is quick to respond to fix anything that comes up. Highly recommend this house.

Convenient & Clean

This property is in a terrific location, close to the island's bridge and beach access ramps. The kitchen is well stocked, and the owner provides a grill with extra propane tanks. Each bedroom has a full bath (but all bathrooms are only accessible through the bedrooms). The elevator is a huge plus for transporting luggage and other supplies. Brenda is responsive and friendly.

My husband and I, my Mother, daughter and 2 of my granddaughters! Elevator was a major plus for us with my Mom. Our location was wonderful the view of beach and ocean from our upper deck. Plenty of space for all, and each of the 5 bedrooms had en-suite baths. Had a wonderful time and the home is welcoming, beach decor and roomy! Loved it!!

Family Time

This property was absolutely perfect for our extended family! We had plenty of space for everyone. The 5 bedrooms having their own private bathroom offered the privacy we all wanted! The large kitchen and open living space enhanced our time together as a large group. The view from the kitchen/living room and deck was magnificent! We watched many dolphins for a long time, saw sunrise as we cooked breakfast and watched sunset as we cooked dinner. Add the elevator, outdoor pool and short walk to the beach and we could not ever ask for more! Our family would highly recommend this property.

Love this house!

This is our second year here, and this house can't be beat! Location is perfect, close walking to the causeway, as well as 2 beach accesses, the pool is amazing, and elevator is such a huge help! The house is so well stocked, including beach chairs, toys, board games, and all linems, as well as soap, etc. The owner is super accommodating and communicative, and even proactively dropped off extra gas for the grill. Our toddler and dog loved people watching each morning from the deck while the sun was rising. Bottom line, we definitely look forward to staying here for many years to come!

We had a great time. Communication with the owner was easy and she responded quickly. I would make one suggestion. There were no pot holders in the kitchen. We just used towels, but it might be a good idea to get some. Minor issue for sure!

The perfect OIB stay for the price!

We needed to get 13 people from 4 different homes into one place for the week. We wanted to be right on the beach but those places are outrageous . So we settled for 1st row and found Turtle Nest met all our needs without paying too much. We had an ocean view over top of the beach houses, awesome decks, the pool in case the weather didn’t cooperate to be on the beach, and a great kitchen to prepare some awesome food!The freezer/refrigerator in the pool/beach room was awesome. The elevator was very welcome for our less mobile members and for getting luggage and groceries to the top floor. And we had plenty of parking for our vehicles plus a rented 6-passenger golf cart. We used the golf cart to transport people and beach stuff to the public access parking (80 for the week BTW) and some people walked. The house is close enough that walkers were typically back to the house about the same time as the loaded cart - so it really is close!! We walked to mini-golf, the pier, and the shops easily too. Well done and thanks for a great stay!!!

Great home with a great view!

My group of 11 really enjoyed this house! It was just a few minutes walk to the beach, and the view was beautiful! The beds were very comfortable, and there was plenty of space for all of us. We loved being able to walk to shops and restaurants. We only had a few small things we would suggest for improvement: more space to hang towels in the bathroom (racks rather than hooks as hooks don’t fully dry the towels), a code to lock/unlock rather than a physical key, replace the missing door shelves in the refrigerator (we needed the extra space with 11 people!), and possibly a water heater upgrade as it seemed to struggle to keep up with our showers. These are all small things however, and we would definitely love to stay again next year. The owner was extremely accommodating and very responsive. We have stayed in many places, but this one tops the list!

Something for Everyone

Spacious and bright accommodation that truly accommodates everyone. This home is perfectly positioned between two public access points to the beach and a short walk from cute shops and attractions. The elevator was so helpful in providing mobility options for older pets and people. With a gorgeous view of the ocean from the main upper level, the cooler weather did not impede our enjoyment of the surroundings. A well-appointed kitchen made cooking at home very easy, although we did take advantage of several nearby eateries. Everyone enjoyed their own bedroom and bath, many with great views of the backyard pool and beyond. We would definitely stay here again. Doug was kind and attentive to us throughout the week, although we did not have any issues to report. Many thanks!

Great House and Location!

We loved the house and the location to access the beach was great. We have rented other homes for a family reunion but this was the best stocked home that we have rented. The kitchen is a great size especially with 15 people. You did not feel like you were on top of each other. The rooms were great for our group. The last night we had a movie night and majority of us were able to sit on the couch in the living room that is so huge. Loved that the house has an elevator that came in handy especially taking luggage, etc into the house and out. Saved the hassle of dragging it up multiple steps especially those on the top floor. Always grateful for homes that allows dogs. Doug was very accommodating to let us have the two dogs in the house. I think they had as much fun as the humans. The beach access is very convenient with being right into between two. The access to the right has a ramp opposed to the steps if you go to the left of the house. Great to be able to go back to the house for lunch to have a break from the sun without having a long trek. Definitely will book the house again when we go to Ocean Isle.
