We had a fabulous vacation and couldn’t have been happier with our stay. The house was immaculate, the host responded within seconds to any communication, the location was central and the beach access across the street was perfect. We hope to be back next year! The house was absolutely perfect! Everything matched the description and photos, the home was incredibly spacious, and it was spotless upon our arrival. The host was very responsive and helpful. The access to the beach across the street was great, and it was only a 0.2 mile walk through a quiet little neighborhood to get to the expansive beach. For cooking meals, the kitchen could not have been better laid out and large. We could not have loved the stay more.

Our host Tammy and John were very welcoming! What stood out most to us was how spacious the house is. Also all of the extras including snacks, a welcome note and top of the line beach essentials. The use of the washer and dryer was a godsend! Tammy was very quick to answer our emails. We are looking forward to returning here next year!Viviano, Boniello and Felicetti families.

The house is equipped with all the things for all ages to enjoy a Siesta Key vacation. Every sand toy kids would want along with the chairs, umbrella and wagon to carry them to the beach. The home is very spacious, beautifully designed, and truly has everything you need when traveling away from home.

Very clean and updated house, property manager was very communicative and accommodating. All the rooms were exceptional and the pool area was perfect for families. Beach access was a major perk because you avoided the big crowds where the public parking area is. Very convenient location as well to the Siesta shops and restaurants. Would highly recommend for all families, plenty of space for everyone.

Great Extended Family Vacation in Siesta Key!

This house is a great location on Siesta Key! We loved that all but one bedroom had their own bathroom, the kitchen was well stocked, the host was responsive, the pool was great and the beaches were beautiful. We'd definitely go back!

Ahh... This was just right!

Beautiful property in a great location. Quick walk to the beach and easy drive to downtown. So happy with the pool toys and beach items, which included chairs, umbrellas, cooler, and wagon. Everything needed for our group to settle right in was in the house. Comfortable beds for a good night sleep so we were ready to go the next day. There was a good amount of info for the property and the area that we found very helpful. Wish we could have stayed longer! Thank you Tammy for a wonderful stay.

Stop looking and book!

I like to read reviews before booking a house. This house with its high number is what convinced me to book this property. The property was even more than we expected! Cleanest rental we have stayed in so far! The property was bigger than we imagined. The hosts have really thought everything through with this rental. Everything we needed for our stay was there(dishes, wagon, beach chairs). The host was very responsive when we had questions. 100 percent I would book this place again! Stop wasting time reading reviews and just book. You won’t be disappointed.

The house is absolutely amazing—spotlessly clean and incredibly well organized. Every little detail has been thoughtfully taken care of to make guests feel right at home. There are helpful labels and stickers in all the kitchen drawers and other areas of the house so you always know where everything is. The welcome binder on the counter is super useful, and the instructions for using the elevator were clear and easy to follow. You can really tell the hosts put a lot of care into every aspect of the experience.Communication with Tammy was also excellent—quick, clear, and super helpful.
