Home away from home

This is the 3rd time we have stayed at this location. We have always enjoyed this condo. It is very clean, close to restaurants and the convention center.

Property was well maintained and the accommodations were very comfortable and spacious. Nice pool area. All good things, but the best was location for what we needed. Close to parks and the OCCC. I will stay here again.

PGA Show Rental

This is a great spot for many of the Orlando attractions but we use it for going to and from the convention center. I would definitely recommend this place for all of the above!

Volleycation

We needed a property close to the Orange County Convention Center for our boys volleyball tournament. Vista cay delivered not only convenience but the amenities we a huge plus. Great bed room space, living room and kitchen convinces made our stay a home away from home.

Awesome Location & On Site Facilitates

The owner/manager was great to work with. If there was anything that could be better it would be the cleaning service could do a better job. I feel they didn’t do anywhere near what needed to be done when it came to sweeping and mopping up the floors. Other than that, this place was awesome.

This was our first time renting a villa instead of several hotels rooms for a group of 7 and I was little skeptical. I am so glad we did it. From finding this villa online to check out at the end of our stay, everything was FIVE STAR! Irina was very prompt in responding to each of my phone calls and e-mails. Needs Work- NOT Luxury Anymore as of 11-24-2020

Needs updated and work. I'm sure at some point in the past this property was clean and in their words "Luxury" but not anymore. The carpets upon arrival seemed to have 10 years worth of stains on them. Missing parts to the remote controls, dishwasher was falling out of the cabinet. The description of the property was far from accurate. We stayed for five days and there was not even one extra roll of toilet paper for the six of us. We are avid travelers and book through all of the major companies 3 to 4 times per year. When communication was made with the owner it was as if they were doing a a huge favor by allowing us to stay in their condo. Past problems were past on to us by a separate deposit to repair any damage. We felt this was odd when we arrived and took inventory of the missing key card, broken lights, broken chairs, dirty carpets, missing towels, no toilet paper or soap, etc... So if the deposit was taken from others it sure was not used to fix, replace or repair any of the obvious damage. In contrast we are now in Cocoa Beach in another VRBO that is fantastic! Clean, inviting and a gift basket upon arrival with a hand written note to our family. 'Fully Stocked' would mean at least toilet paper and hand soap? The new location hand personal sizes of soap, shampoo, mouth wash, shaving cream, etc just in case. This is what you are up against in this time of Covid 19 when we can have our pick of anywhere to stay. Overall I give the living area a 2 out of 5. It was very spacious but other than that nothing on the description was accurate. "A lot" of towels does not equal 5 when there are six of us staying there. Really? Come on? Replacing the towels once in a while would cost less the $100.00. The pool and common areas: gym, walking path were a 4 out of 5 probably do to Covid-19 restriction and the time of year. The owner needs to put time love back into this place or sell it. Stop passing on past problems to new guess. Fix and replace with something other than caulk and expandable foam when parts of your condo get broken. Suggestions: Take of shipping plastic to the box springs on the beds- Very load, Pay a carpenter to fix this the right way. Replace dirty carpet with laminate flooring If you are going to take a deposit from future guess then make sure your list of items broke, damage or lost by past guess's are fix, repaired, replaced. Update your pictures to reflect the current condition of the unit. Hope this helps- God Bless

The Villa is very conviently located in middle of everything -
Very close to all the parks - 2 miles to Universal, 1 mile to Sea World and 5-10 min to Disney Paroperty. We are also very close to Sand Lake Drive and International Drive - with a lot of Fun staff to do , the best restaurants and shopping.
